When I tried to move my reservation two days in advance from Sunday to Monday they would not allow it and charged me anyway. This is the first time using this company and I will never use them again. They have no flexibility.

Client relations was horrible
I lost all the amount and no one tried to help.
Our hotel was happy to help but super didn't want to help - even though I approached them the same minute after booking

This company will show an advertised price for a hotel and collect your credit card info. It will then charge you the price you select, but create an "error" message falsely claiming the price is no longer available, and then raising the price by well over a hundred dollars.

I tried to book a hotel on super. The listed price was ~$230/night. With taxes =$270.
I booked the room, and my credit card was charged. But I then got a message the room was no longer available and I would have to pay $430/night for THE EXACT SAME ROOM!
THEY THEN CHARGED MY CARD FOUR TIMES!

Another totally illegal activity:
You check the hotel price and they display the amount, giving you a countdown "time to book". If you look at another site, even with time to spare in the time to book, it will display a significantly higher price. Clear cookies, and the original cheaper price is display.

THIS COMPANY'S BUSINESS ETHIC IS REALLY DISGUSTING.

Moreover, variations may arise due to the cancellation policy you've opted for, whether it's flexible or non-refundable.

Furthermore, we want to bring to your attention that the hotel rates we offer are dynamic in nature. This means they're subject to constant changes based on the current demand and availability. While we strive to secure the most competitive rates, it's important to recognize that we do not have control over the fluctuations in prices.

In cases where the booking doesn't go through, no charges are made, as this is rather an authorization hold or pre-authorization, and it shows in your bank as pending. This service is offered by your card provider whereby the provider puts a hold on the amount approved by the cardholder, reducing the balance of available funds until the merchant settles the transaction. Because your desired purchase was no longer available, SuperTravel has not charged you and so your card processor will release the hold placed.

The estimated time for this release varies if you used a debit or credit card, and depending on the issuing bank's policy.

Very impressed

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. The night we checked in after being on the road for almost 16 hours was very helpful. The evening desk clerk was so accommodating when we requested an extra queen double room for my daughter and grandson and she was able to get one right next to ours,even though we made reservations for one queen double. Although I didn't get her name.I was very impressed by her patience and professionalism. I couldn't be more pleased with this stay while we were visiting family in El Campo,TX. I will definitely be keeping this hotel in mind for our trip next year in the summer time.

So this morning I booked through super.com and I realize that the dates are wrong on it, I spent since 10am in the hotel lobby trying to get a hold of someone sat on the phone the first time 55mins, and got to caller 1 ahead and then they hang up on me, I ended up having to have my fiance leave work and leave the hotel because i couldn't get this matter resolved, I've called four more times and sure enough as soon as im one caller away they hang up on me. I've never been so annoyed in my life, it has messed up our entire day now, and Im out 100 bucks I guess since no one works in customer care! Super disappointed, and I've used them alot.

Stay Away

After arriving at the hotel for which I had made a reservation thru Super.com, I was informed that there was no reservation. After some research I did find out that I had a reservation for 2 weeks later. Not very helpful. I informed Super.com via their website, of the fact that the app somehow changed the date. Had to pay the hotel separately due to the fact that the reservation was thru a third party. Super.com billed me on Aug 13 for an erroneous Aug 27 reservation which they were made aware of. Upon calling Super.com about the problem their response was "oh well, to bad". Nic, these company is scum.

I booked with super travel for Sun Mountain lodge For August 21 and on arrival to the hotel was told super travel reserved for October 3. My thoughts are because it was a cheaper reservation date. I know I booked the correct date. Super travel found cheaper dates than August and used that date to lure me to a cheaper price compared to legitimate travel sites like Expedia

I booked a reservation for a hotel after my house caught fire and a second reservation was accidentally made. I contacted SuperTravel and a customer service rep told me my funds would be reissued in 2-3 business days. That did not occur. I called them back multiple times and finally got them to escalate the call to a manager, Mark Louie. He called me back and the phone rang 3 times and disconnected - I did not have time to catch the call before he hung up. He then responded via email (despite my request for a phone call) stating the reservation was non refundable and I needed a letter with signatures from the hotel owner and others stating they could refund me. I responded via email that they need to check my call where the customer service rep said I would be refunded. I emailed them 2-3 times with no response. I called back multiple times and Mark Louie called me back, only repeating it was non refundable and then the phone disconnected mid conversation. I tried calling back repeatedly but never heard from him again. I finally got the information of a new Supervisor, Annie, who was sympathetic to my situation and agreed they should honor what I was told originally and that she would negotiate a deal. I then received an Email from her stating I would not be refunded without that letter. My father passed away a month after the fire and I do not have time to jump through hoops, especially after I was told by the company I would receive my refund. A legitimate, reputable company would stay true to their word and not fight someone in their time of need. They are not a honorable and trustworthy business and I can only feel as though I've been scammed. And if you have to contact them after your reservation has been made, good luck getting through to them, especially if you need to speak to a manager. Beware doing business with SuperTravel

I booked the hotel via super.com traveler. Upon booking I was not told that there will be extra charges to pay at hotel when checking out. It's very misleading for customer to pay unexpected charge. Today when we checked out they asked me to pay $200 for some strange fee which is experience fee that covers room service, using Wi-Fi which was stated as free in the hotel, using lift, computer which we never used. Usually when we book room that covers all that. Also, if these charges are mandatory then they should be part of the price so customers wouldn't mislead about the price. Hotel receptionist told me that experience charges are mandatory, so it should be added in total price. If we know that to pay $200 extra for experience charges then I must not book the hotel. What we are paying for then? Only the bed in the room? This is totally unfair and I am so upset with that. This is why they show less price and later charged via hotel. super.com are not positive with this complaint. It is responsibility of the super.com to contact the hole and manage the refund. Because mandatory charges must be part of the usual price. Booking number B_*******

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the extra charge after your stay. We are truly sorry confusion, nonetheless, we must bring to your attention that it’s a standard practice for hotels to directly charge guests a mandatory deposit and/or resort fees for their reservation.

Please note that the listing did include the room rate and hotel fees in their listing. Super Travel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card or in the hotel's terms and conditions section, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking and payment receipt. This is separate because they are not charged by Super but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion.
