Booked two weeks in advance. Tried to change reservation a week out and was told could not be done. Seniors with fixed income and was told not only could it not be changed but could not be refunded.is thus how we do business with seniors and disabled veterans! What a terrible organization.

Waited almost 2 hours to check than was turned away due to the fact a $100 deposit was NOT disclosed until reservation was confirmed. Refund or change reservation was not excepted. Tried to use cash for deposit was refused. Had to slept in vehicle after being in ICU for kidney failure. Only wanted to spend our anniversary in a special way with all the negative things happening. Even got a flat tire on our way there

Today, it was the most terrible booking experience in my life. We booked non-smoking room with super.com, but the hotel provided us with room that was heavy smoked inside. The super refused to refund the price or give credits to take another hotel. We have never smoked and have 3 young children with us. Health is our priority, so It is unacceptable to sleep in such room.
We hope that you take care of your costumers and help us to solve the problem. It's not only about money, it's about justice. We have to get that, for what we pay. If you cannot provide what we pay for, you have to return our money, right?

Our hotel stay was for our daughter's funeral. Everything on our biking experience was great! The hotel itself left a lot to be desired. The he beds weren't comfortable,and with tiny pillows. Elevator broke twice, and nobody knew about a basketball tournament! The hotel experience was as not good, but the Souper.com experience was great! Will use again

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
