Booked 2 hotels with them since they had good prices. We didn't end up staying at one of the hotels due to a big issue. It was originally a nonrefundable booking but hotel said to have super reach out and they'd approve a refund. Well turns out super customer service sucks and is unhelpful and told us we had to get all kinds of info from hotel to send to them so they can refund us. Its been a month now and we are still waiting on the refund. We've spoken to several agents with super, and several people from the hotel and nothing has been done yet. Hotel has told us they will send everything almost a month ago but super said they never received anything. We shouldn't have to go through this much trouble for a refund, and super should easily reach out to the hotel themselves. Both the hotel and super should have done everything by now and processed the refund. I will never recommend super or the hotel we almost stayed at. I don't understand why people are so ignorant and unhelpful and take their sweet time doing things when it should be simple and done with by now. Really pissed off at this situation.
We also feel like we are getting scammed at this point bc the hotel and super are not helping making this easy for us. We just want our refund!

Wanted to stay at a specific hotel. Checked Expedia, GDS (a travel club), called the hotel, and kayak. On kayak super.com came up as the cheapest, by a lot. Not sure how they do it, but beat everyone and we had a seamless great experience. Hotel had our reservation and even upgraded us at no cost. So I'd definitely use super.com again.
Really simple process to book our hotel room in Mexico. Price was the cheapest I could find. Check in with the hotel was as simple as giving my name.
These people scammed me out of monthly fees for their Super+ membership, which you need to get paid for completing the reward offers they advertise. The kicker is, you rarely get paid for completing them. At this time they owe me $413.51. I have been on the phone multiple times a day with them for 3 weeks and every time they "escalate" my issue and promise a call back within a few hours. Nobody has ever contacted me back. I have submitted proof of completion as well. They even went as far as deleting all the historical data in my account. They are liars and thieves and should be in prison.
This website is 100% a scam. They take your money and do not book until the last minute. We booked 4 months in advance, then got an email the day before that our booking was cancelled due to overbooking! We called the hotel and they had no notice of the booking ever happening! Had to rebook at much higher rates as airfares were already in place, customer service from super was non existent.Terrible experience. NEVER USE SUPER DOT COM. Google should ban them from the travel options. Terrible company. Very untrustworthy.
Don't use this site, Seriously. This is a site made up of people who have very poor customer service skills. They stole my money. Don't use this site to Book anything. It's unclear on their confirmation page regards to my room rental. Now I get No money back.they don't bother to help you. They just give bad confirmation information and take your money. I was traveling and had originally used another site to book a room. I arrived at the hotel to find out the booking was for a week later which honestly could have been my fault. Either way I tried to call the other site eight times and was hung up on eight times. So I started looking and Super.com offered the room for a little more but that was to be expected since it was a same day booking. The site was super easy to use and beat every other sites price for a same day booking. I will definitely use them over and over!

I went threw this 3rd party app to find a hotel near my young daughter who is in ICU in a hospital in Philadelphia, pa after them mixing up my dates witch was the same night and night after they refused to change the dates to the ones I needed after they already took my money. After time and time again they would say it has escalated to a urgent matter and would get a call back within 10 to 20minutes. The call neve came at all even after me calling them at least 15 times. Poor business and very bad customer service. Stay away from them.

Booked a hotel for a serious surgery for my father, at the last minute the hospital cancelled because they found cancer had moved. Tried to cancel 3 days before but I had missed the cancellation by date. Customer service was no help and was not willing to budge at all. Even to split the difference. Please do yourself a favor and use literally any other travel page except super! They definitely are not!
Don't use this website there will steal your money and not help you your booking will get cancelled and there won't refund you my hotel gave me a free cancellation email which I have attached to this review there still refused to refund me my hard earned money

Do not book with this site. They take your reservation and then make it impossible to contact them to make changes in any way. Refused to even give us an itinerary number. The hotel was willing to change our reservation and the super site would not let them.

This was the worst experience of my life. The rooms look nothing like what it shows on line. They were dirty, they had roaches, mold, and cobwebs were in the corners. And they have not returned my money. Even though a letter was sent to them to return my deposit. We didn't stay in those horrible rooms. I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
