Was very simple and quick and got a great price on a great room and no complications when arriving for check in just showed my ID and got my key easy as that very nice other sites I have used I have had issues at check in and have to show confirmation number and what not this time I didn't have to do anything only waited at desk because there were people in front of me I got my key and was in room with in minutes
There was no booking under my name and room was paid. Factory garden barcelona hotel told me that they do not have.contract with super.com. It have happened few times already. Please DO NOT BOOK THRU SUPER.COM. It is scam and no respond to my emails or calls.
I was warned not to go through Super.com a 3rd party company to book hotels, I should have listened! We prepaid for our one-night hotel stay in Tel Aviv Israel on that was to be on October 12th. Then a terrible event took place murders, killings, and war. Our travel was canceled by the airline, the US State Department made announcements for US citizens not to travel to Israel.

My husband and I are beyond dissatisfied with the service we received and are at a loss for words. My husband decided that we needed a weekend away which we haven't had in a long while so he booked a hotel online he was able to use his visa debit card to secure the room read the agreement and it said no further fees just show your great! So excited to get away get to the hotel only to.be told rudely we need a credit card or a $500 dollar deposit! Even after telling the girl we were not told this at all her response was well that's not my problem it was done through a 3rd party site you have to contact them. Disappointed we left and called super.com to be told no refunds we can't help you at all the girl on the phone didn't have any remorse just matter of fact sorry this is how it is you loose your money I understand the no.refund so now we are out $500 that we scrounged and saved for to be able to have a weekend away

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
