I was entitled to a full refund simply because I never checked in at the OYO Hotel and for the most part I called the customer service number and I also had the Hotel Manager on three way to verify that he issued me a full refund Super travel ROB ME OF $79.57 bucks And furthermore they also stated that the Hotel management couldn't be on a three way call but He also sent them serval emails telling them to release my refund this was a on going issue since November 4 I wasn't feeling well so I asked the manager to cancel my reservation which he did but Super Travel refused to issue me my refund this Super.com credit card is Bogus And A Big Scam It's already hard out here in society being a single parent and I am assuming they took my money as CHARITY SMH,, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE NOR CARD TO ANYONE
This is a scam company. STAY AWAY!
We had driven 5 hours to get to a hotel we made a reservation through the fake super.com agency. When we get to our destination, the hotel (Red Inn Detroit-Farmington Hills) is not able to find our reservation. I called Super at 10:57pm EST and after being on hold for 30 minutes the agent said that the urgency team will call me asap to see what the issue is. The team calls me at 11:34 pm EST and say they will reach out to a travel partner and see what the issue is. No one knows how long it's going to take. We are all waiting in the car in the cold.
Someone calls me at 11:59 pm EST and provides me with a confirmation number, saying I could use this to check in at the hotel. We check with the front desk at the hotel and they say such confirmation number does not exist. They confirm once again that no reservation exists under my name. I had added my dad's name to the reservation as well, and there was no reservation under his name either. I call back Super and there are six people in the queue in front of me. I email them and they reach out saying we will work on this. It is now 12:23 AM EST, and my dad who is pretty old and fragile is feeling sick. We decided not to waste more of our time and health (we had waited for two hours already) and leave our destiny to this sham company so we made our way to the front desk to make our own reservation to book a room for the night. Such a Nightmare. Such a HORRIBLE experience.
Do NOT do business with this company! They refuse to refund my hotel stay to SF even after the hotel reached out to them on why they kept the money. Worse company ever! Please do NOT book with crooks!
When looking for a hotel in sugarcreek ohio in my immediate results showed a hotel by super.com at a good price. Once booked and reservations came in I noticed address looked odd. Previous address only gave street name. This hotel was over an hour away! I immediately called to be told no refund. False advertising! Do not use super.com, they are not easy to work with or even care their advertising in locations they aren't even close to! Right before Christmas and gonna rip people off. It was 5 minutes! Sick, gross, and definitely premeditated not showing the town/city, only street address! Next step reporting to BBB

I had a change in plans and had cancel. So I called the hotel to cancel and they said it was fine and would provide me with written confirmation. However, super.com wouldn't accept the confirmation without an official letter head and employee signature despite the confirmation coming from the hotels email. I provided the information to contact the hotel directly. However, they still refused.
I wouldn't recommend booking with them as they really aren't on your side. The hotel agreed to refund me but super.com refused to work with me or the hotel to process the transaction. Now, I get to dispute it on my credit card.
I booked a vacation stay with this company for my daughters 6th birthday on October 31. Unfortunately my mom ended up passing on the day of my trip due to stage 4 Cancer.
I sent in all of the documents they asked me for to show the situation that happened. I desperately needed the refund to help my family. The company took over a month and still I haven't received an answer about my stay. This company is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. AND SAVE YOUR MONEY. My lawyers will be reaching out to them.
I've literally been calling them for a month and everyone has been telling me the same thing. No one has gotten back to me.

Booked in to a hotel for 21st November for 1 night through Super.com and when the email came through, it was booked for a weeks time. The hotel said that this has happened a few times before.
Contacted Super.com through their chat online and got nowhere.
They are based in the US and are not interested in anything than taking your money.
The service is absolutely awful, disgusting and crap.
I would advise no one to trust this company and they are not truthful and just want your money.

I had a reservation on Nov 10th which was canceled by the hotel and I was NEVER refunded my money $349. I've sent then the documents over 10 times but guess that wasn't good enough.

Loved the entire experience at this hotel. Booking was quick and simple. Check in was done quickly and the customer service was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and my room was as well. I definitely will be returning.
I went on to Hotel Trivago to compare prices and decided to go with Super.com as the same hotel was cheaper. I usually book with Booking.com
I did change the room they gave me but that could have happened with any company. Hotel changed room no problem.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
