I had never heard of Super.com, so I must say, I was apprehensive to putmy credit card number into an unknown site. Took the chance and when I arrived at the hotel, the clerk said the reservation was all set. Welcome!

I would suggest booking in advance, 3+ days because the only time I did a last minute (within the hour booking) there was a small delay at checkin. Apart from that, webpage is great!
I booked thru them and after I realized it was the wrong hotel. I canceled the same day. I paid extra for a refundable room. They refused to refund my money. I turned into the BBB. Still refused. My bank couldn't get it back either. I wish I knew what to do cause I need that money.
I booked a reservation with Super, B_******* at The Restoration, with check-in on 03 Nov 2023. Due to a family emergency, I called to cancel my reservation a few days after the cancellation deadline but well before my check-in date, and was told they would grant me a one time exception if I completed their refund request form and obtained a note from the hotel agreeing to cancel the reservation at no cost. The hotel was happy to oblige and I submitted it along with their form on 10/25. As of 11/10, they have not responded to my emails or processed my refund. When I call, their feedback is they are trying to negotiate the refund with their travel partner, Expedia, but when I call Expedia, they say they are happy to process the refund, but the request has to come from Super, who will not provide any information about when or if they've contacted them. They claim to have expedited the request three separate times and always guarantee me I will hear back by the following day, but that never occurs. This site is a scam and I highly discourage customers from using it. They use other third party travel companies to make the bookings and do not have any affiliation or relationship with the hotels. They claim to not be able to call or email customers unless it's from a manager, and will not call hotels directly or accept calls from them (this was baffling to the hotel when I explained it). I will be filing a small claims case against them if they do not follow through with my refund. Customers beware!

Ok! So I've never heard of super.com so I was very anxious! The pricing was so much cheaper than any other website. It was really easy & I had an amazing view from my hotel. I strongly recommend this company and will be using it for future travels.
I'm booking Hilton hotel on Waikiki 25-28 oct for $834, but Hilton doesn't find my reservation! It was f#ck up for me and I need pay one more time in Hilton most different price!

When googling hotels, Super.com was the first site that came up. Yes, their rate was lower, but I know now why. I paid the additional $16.00 to cancel anytime. I realized in that moment that I had booked the wrong day, so I immediately booked the correct date under their site once again. I started to go through the canceling process through their site, but their response was that it was my mistake and I would not be refunded. I managed to get their number and the first lady hung up on me. The 2nd call I made, the lady said her manager would be calling me in 2 hours. Until now, no call and I'm out $171.60. This is so unfair! Now I know they make up for their cheap rates ripping people off this way. Shame on them. Please beware and don't book through their site!
