Full transparency, I was directed to Super.com through Trivago and Trivago may assist me with a refund. However, this doesn't diminish the fact that their customer service simply told me, "sorry we can't issue a refund for quality issues, it is best to speak to the hotel management about it"!?!? The story: Super.com had a Motel 6 listed which was $10 per night less than any other site on Trivago so I clicked on Super.com and paid for the reservation in advance to save the money. They sent me the confirmation, all good. A few days later when I arrived at the hotel, IT WAS NOT A MOTEL 6!? It was a drug den, fleabag Budget Inn(sorry Budget in Cocoa, FL but it's true). It was both scary and disgusting. I went inside and asked about Motel 6 and the person at the desk said, they bought it from Motel 6 over 3 years ago. I contacted Super.com and... That is what they told me. They wouldn't even address the issue that they booked me at a nonexistent Motel 6. Avoid Super.com or this could happen to you. Can't trust that the actual hotel is still there...

Hotel was a great choice! Booking was easy, hotel was clean, updated and in a central location to everything we came to town to do. Highly recommend and would book through Super.com again.

We booked one week in advance a 5 star hotel (Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve) in Puerto Rico for a very reasonable price. We booked a King bed with a garden view, but upon arrival got a little downgraded king-bed room. After showing at the reception what kind of room we booked, they had no problem changing it for us a few moments later.
Long story short, we got a very good deal, but also because the hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
Also, we weren't charged anything extra upon arrival.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
