I booked a hotel thru Super.com, hotel ended up being terrible (dirty sheets, PINE NEEDLES in the beds, foot prints on the sheets) and the shower rod ended up falling OUT of the wall injuring my daughter. Hotel refunded super.com, however, Super.com will not refund me stating "their partners denied the request". I have proof that the hotel refunded Super.com. Nothing but scam artists and thiefs.
I did not know Super before. Up to now is fantastic. A new review after the trip. I hope i get on a fantistic trip as the reservation.
I booked through super.com and I found a hotel that was perfect and reasonable right in my price range. I'm so glad that I found this site, everything was super easy to book through and all the accommodations were made perfectly I will definitely be booking through here again!

I was hesitant to book through super given some negative feedback in a reddit thread, but looking into the company and checking out their about us page gave me confidence the company was legitimate. Booked online and checked in to my room no worries. Saved me a ton, around 65% of the standard rate.
No way to reach an actual human when trying to resolve problems. When you call them the bot tells you to check online at their FAQ. When you chat online with them, they give you the same information a bot would give you. They probably just named their bots..

I booked a room for two nights for my son's volleyball tournament. We were out of state and got to the hotel at 1:15am. They did not have our reservation. Not only that, the hotel only had availability for that night, not both nights. And I had to PAY FOR A WHOLE OTHER ROOM! King suite was only availability. Of course. I call super in the morning, and they tell me I have to send them a copy of the invoice where I paid for an additional room. Why?!? So I contact the hotel, get the invoice and send it in. A week goes by. Nothing. I contact again. They didn't get it. I send it again. Again, why is this relevant whatsoever!? I paid for a room having nothing to do with super. You messed up my reservations, I want my money back. Another week goes by. I've been told by a manager over email they have contacted the hotel to refund me. Then why did I jump though the invoice hoops?!? The hotel acted like they couldn't refund me right then. Then super says they're refunding. We are over a month from my trip, and I STILL do not have my money back. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I'd need be, I will obtain a lawyer out of principal. I'm out almost $200 and keep getting sent from hotel back to super. With the same answer. You have my money, give it back! My trip was ruined because we had nowhere to stay and slept in our car the second night. Everything was booked. It was a tournament weekend. We got a flat tire just before getting to the hotel and it was downhill from there. A mom and her 15 year old, out of state, stuck in our car for the second night of our trip, and now Super isn't refunding me. Absurd. I will NEVER use this service again. I will do whatever it takes to get this money back. Do better. How ridiculous. I've wasted so much time on this it's absolutely insane. Update, they are unable to find the reservation, just like the hotel, and acting like it's my problem. When I have the invoice. Make it make sense. I want compensated for the hours of time I have spent on this.

I was a bit skeptical about this website by looking it up online and too good to be true prices but I took the risk and I did it. Let me say nothing was skeptical about it!
I got a hotel room and when I showed up they had me in their system I had no problems with anything from start to end. The room i got was a really good price and a really great room better than expected! I would highly recommend this website to anybody Looking into hotel rooms. A+ will be using again in the future for any other hotel rooms I need thanks super.com!

Book the room $20.00 cheaper than everyone else. Booked outside the hotel walked in and it was in there system. Will use this site again.

I've used super a few times over the past few months. Both times I was extremely happy with the outcomes. As a point of reference I've used a few competitors to super as well, and they have often proven to be frustrating to use. I typically find my rates on google maps and when I click to make a reservation I expect the rate that's listed to be available. Unfortunately it isn't always the case. Competitors often say they are $160 a night (for example) but when I click, the rate displayed is much higher and closer to the hotels actual rate. With super the rate listed is the rate im given. It saves me time and keeps me from becoming frustrated. In addition, super is great about keeping me up to date with texts. To date I have had zero issues with super. I usually stay at super offers the ability to do a last minute cancellation for an illness, for examples. The fee for this service is more than reasonable and could potentially save a lot of money in event of an unforeseen illness. Such a service isn't even offered if I were to book directly with the hotel. Overall I'm very satisfied and since I've used several other different but similar services, I can safely say that super is my favorite.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
