It's a scam, stay away from this "company". I have never received my package, even though my payment was immediatley (of course) accepted. No answers to my emails, or to the dispute I have opened, which should have been answered within 24 hours...

This is a joke, and a bad one. Do NOT ever order anything from them, that is my only advice. Now starting with the whole process of getting my money back through paypal (where they apparently received a huge amount of complaints regarding stylishplus).

I ordered an item as a gift for my wife on the 28th November, website stated my order would be processed within 3-5 days of payment being confirmed. Payment was confirmed immediately. As of today 10th December I've received no notification of my purchase being shipped. I've sent 3 emails requesting an update as to when my purchase will be shipped. I keep getting an automated reply saying a customer service rep will respond within 48 hours but still nothing. I opened dispute with them through their website which replied by saying a senior customer service manager would reply within 24 hours but again never heard from anyone. I've tried calling the numbers on their website but nobody ever answers. This company advertises very nice products at good prices but I am not pleased with this company's customer service and I'm starting to believe it may be a scam. I am starting the process of having my money returned through PayPal. My advice is to stay away from this company as all may not be as it seems, this company my be a scam

I think this place is a scam! I ordered 30 November and paid for expedited shipping and haven't received any correspondence since placing the order! I will report this business on every scam review website and the BBB until I'm issued a refund. A very horrible way to do business! I wish I would have taken the time to research the reviews before I placed my order, I was trying to get some nice thing for my daughter for Christmas. Never again, I am also asking that FB shutdown their page to people don't continue to get scammed. I don't believe the previous 3 reviews.

Everyone, please note that this review page is about 'Stylish Plus' in Australia. My advice is to ignore the 5 star reviews written in broken English, because I doubt they are meant for this site; one mentioned 'beautiful packaging' and as you can see from my photo their packing is appalling. Indeed, my overall experience was truly awful. Last November I ordered 5 items to take with me on an OS trip in January. Three of them never arrived, and the other two turned up in March. The two I received were screwed tightly into a ball and rammed into a much-too-small express post bag, with multiple layers of packing tape closing the gaping hole at the top. Both items were poor quality and not as described. Their customer service is beyond bad, too. The one time I managed to get them on the phone (they never, ever, pick up) the lady I spoke to was rude and borderline aggressive. After numerous email complaints I was eventually told I would receive a refund for the 3 missing items but (surprise) it has never happened. All in all, I am $350 poorer, a little sadder and a lot wiser. Please, please do not buy from this business.

Personally am a little skeptical with online shopping, especially ones with mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took a chance and bought a few items of clothing from Stylishplus. They have a pretty large range of women clothing at relatively reasonable prices, and so you pretty much get the quality that you pay for. I bought a top and a dress, they arrived relatively slowly, but the designs and material was just as I expected so no complaints about that. Overall the customer service is very good with answering my questions about the shipping and quality. Will be returning.

Buyer Beware. The service provided by this business is atrocious. I ordered 4 items, which their website indicated were in stock, and 4 weeks later received only 1 item, with no mention of a refund. Despite numerous emails/contacts via their website - no response. Finally got someone via online chat who stated would issue refund overnight - not received. Posted several comments/requests on their Facebook page which they deleted without responding. Finally got hold of someone online via FB and refund issued nearly 3 months after initial order. Similar comments to this on their FB page (also deleted) No explanation as to why a refund was not automatically issued, why no response to my contacts and no apology issued. Use this business at your own peril.

I ordered an off shoulder Cocktail Dress from Stylishplus and got m delivery within two days. Super fast and no hassle, now I know I can use this shopping with confidence again… Will also recommend them to friends and family!

Same story here... Not in stock, offered coupon, coupon did not work, changed the coupon, ordered different item,... again not in stock,... again coupon... Total SCAM!

I received one item of my order. The other was not sent. When I asked for a refund, they refused, offered me a coupon and insisted I pay for shipping, The item I ordered with the coupon was not in stock, but they took over a month to tell me - I had to send several emails asking where my purchase was. I asked for a refund, but they said they did not have the authority to refund me. They offered another coupon, but again, the item bought with the coupon was not in stock. I was able to get a refund on PayPal for the shipping costs. But I have lost the money for the original purchase. Now they've offer a coupon, but they ignore emails that ask for the coupon number.

This scam operation advertises on Facebook under different names. "Stylish Plus", "Tide Store", "Tide Bridal" etc. All apparently have stolen pictures to advertise items they do not stock. I noticed that one of the coats was also advertised on Etsy by an independent artist. The picture of the coat had been stolen, Any items sent to you - if you are lucky to receive an item - will not be like the items advertised. Any positive reviews have been written by the company themselves, or have been written in exchange for free merchandise.

The customer service is a nightmare. The telephone number is fake. And they do not honour their refund policy.
