Hi, unfortunatley not all of us live near where the warehouse is located. Whilst it's a great idea we would all probably be charged with tresspassing! Maybe it's time to get A Current Affair involved? If we all email them and include the link to all these posts maybe ACA might listen and help us? What are everyone elses thoughts? Unfortunately as my order was paid with a credit all I was able to get back from PayPal was a lousey $3 as the rest was a credit.

Hi Ladies, I just received notification from my bank today that I will be refunded the full amount that I paid to SPA back in June. After months of trying to secure a refund, it has finally come through! It really does pay to lodge s chargeback with your bank/credit card provider. They conducted their own investigation, in coordination with PayPal, and kept me updated the whole way. Good luck to everyone undergoing a similar process, I hope it all works out.

Hi Rosemarie, I'm in Brisbane so if it's up here then I'm happy to go otherwise I think maybe current affair get be a good idea. Keep me posted please on what your thinking of doing.
