After 7 months of waiting for a refund from them, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The same day the BBB contacted them I finally received my refund.
Yes I also have not received my dress, been emailing them numerous times and all I get is to be patient. Disgusting, robbery. Do not but anything from this company. I will not give up and file through PayPal for a refund. This company is a joke!
