Terrible customer service, cheaply made clothes, and definitely not US sizing

If I could give them zero stars I would. Truly terrible customer service, clothes made of lightweight material that will not last and not even close to American sizing. Timeline of the ridiculousness:

May 9- I placed my order
May 10 - they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD
June 9 - I had not heard anything about my order so I contacted them by email to inquire as to where it was.
June 14 - the first half of my order finally shipped
June 15 - the second half of my order finally shipped
July 1 - I informed them by e-mail of my desire to return my order, to receive a refund, and asked for instructions to return.
July 3 - they replied and tried to convince me to keep the order that I did not want because it might be too expensive to return. My order totaled $214 and shipping to return was only $15.
July 3 - they finally provided the return instructions and said once they received the items they would "arrange the refund to your account ASAP".
July 5 - I mailed back the items.
July 5 - I provided them with the tracking information via e-mail as requested.
July 7 - They said they would receive the package in 7-10 days, that I should be PATIENT! And they would "arrange the refund to your account as soon as possible"
July 9 - Per the 3rd party tracking, they received the items.
July 22 - I had not heard anything further regarding my refund, so I sent an e-mail reminding they that they had received the order 13 days prior and asked where my refund was.
July 23 - They sent me an e-mail stating it would be ANOTHER 15-25 DAYS before they will issue my refund.
August 18 - It's been more than 25 days since the last communication received from them and I STILL have not heard about or received my refund. Surprise, surprise
SP*******

So, they get to hold onto my money for three months while I hound them trying to get it back!
I highly recommend NOT ordering from these

Biggest Scamming website ever... stylishplus.com.au

I have just posted this on my Facebook Page plus on Kristy Kuliesa. She's the owner of Stylishplus.com.au Facebook page. I have asked repeatedly for a refund. Karma is a $#*! Kristy!

An open letter to you: I purchased $290 worth of clothes on 17th August from your website. When I did not receive the order over a week later, I tried to contact you. (Co-incidentally I had also ordered from US site Kiyonna and my delivery had arrived 3 days after my order.) Amazingly, you do not have a phone number and only offer contact via Webchat. I wrote to ask where my order was? You said that you were a pre-order firm and that the order would take 4-8 weeks delivery. I said if I had known that I wouldn't have ordered from you. You said that this was made clear on your website. (FYI, this is not clear! It is in fine print at the bottom of your FAQ section. If it was clear, then there wouldn't be the huge amounts of negative reviews posted all over the internet with similar complaints to mine -- See Sitejabber, Product Reviews, TrustPilot, Scamguard to name a few). You also told me that if I wanted a refund, a 50% RESTOCKING FEE would be applied. This too, apparently, can be found on your website. Where? You then amazingly asked if there was anything else you could 'help me with' and the chat was terminated. I then looked online for reviews and my suspicions were confirmed. This is what you do on a regular basis, I could find only 3 people who said that they had received delivery or a refund and even found Virtual Assistants who you had employed but had not paid. I found consumers who have been waiting on clothes since January, others who were told by your WebChat that your warehouse had been involved in a Cyclone (really, in NSW Australia, I don't think so). Others had been told that you had had a death in the family, others told your offices had been flooded. The only common thread from all these reviewers was that NOT ONE HAD RECEIVED THEIR CLOTHES AND NOT ONE HAD BEEN REFUNDED THEIR MONEY. So fast forward to 8 weeks after my original order if you will... I started a new web chat with you 2 days ago. Surprise Surprise, you had no idea where my clothes were but after checking with the warehouse you confirmed that they would need to get in contact with your 'overseas suppliers' to find out what the situation was I told you that I had read a lot of bad reviews and you said that 'someone in China, was using your name and that the reviews were about them' -- RUBBISH... I WAS EXPERIENCING EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEMS THEY WERE! I asked for a refund, and was told that this would be fine but that it would have to go through your financial department and that you would lodge the refund and that was all you could do because you had nothing to do with the financial side of the business, you were just customer service. SO... It is now 48 hours since our webchat and I have not heard a $#*!y-boo. So I have posted this publicly and asked my friends to share. I have contacted and lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading, I have Created a Facebook Page and posted on the above mentioned review websites so that all the people who you have previously pissed off can also Share. I will also be sharing this post with every company that supplies you clothes. SHAME ON YOU STYLISH PLUS. But you must remember Karma is a $#*!!
