I ordered almost $500 in dresses and sweaters. I am 130 pound size 4-6. Was so excited to receive items. They are actually a US 12–14. Very disappointed customer. You also have to pay to return items.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Only one of the ordered products corresponded in quality to the one in the photo with which it is presented on the website. What I get is not what I order.
I haven't worn any of them and found it difficult to figure out how to refund. I tell myself that because the price was right, I'll keep them. When I did figure it out, I requested a refund on Order No.: HBB*******, and to date I never received a response.
It's been pleasant and user friendly.
Ordered matching skirt and sweater. Sweater had obviously been worn and washed before and was faded and didn't match at all. They said too bad and would not refund. Do not order from them.

Your customer service representative on chat was rude every time I tried to inquire about my order I was given a different response. It took much to long and I didn't feel valued as a customer. I really love your clothing but not sure if I want to order again.
Items I bought are not as advertised...Try doing a return: I have been waiting for return address for ages...chat option tells me I will receive email within 48 hours or 24 hours giving me the info...it's been a month of Sundays and still no return address! I feel scammed and I am astounded at the positive ratings...Stylwe customer service sucks!...don't...just don't. Shein is a better choice with easy returns.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
