This is the worst online shopping experience iny my life. I spent $600 on a Skincare product, they said the lead time is 2-3 days and It has been 3 weeks since the date I ordered but I haven't heard anything from them. I messeaged them 4 times but still no hope. I have to call my bank to dispute the transaction and it is a wasted of time.

AVOID STYLEVANA. It is a SCAM!

I recently had an experience with Stylevana that has left me quite frustrated. The main issue revolves around their customer service, which has been disappointingly slow in responding to my queries. It often takes days to receive a reply via email, which is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Moreover, I encountered significant challenges when attempting to cancel my order. Despite my multiple attempts, I faced a persistent problem regarding one out-of-stock item. It seems like a straightforward request to cancel the entire order should be accommodated, yet I repeatedly received responses indicating that only the specific out-of-stock product could be cancelled. This lack of flexibility and understanding is truly frustrating for a customer who simply wants to cancel an entire order. I'm simply told to wait till March 7th for an item to be in stock.

The overall communication and customer service experience have been subpar, leading me to regret placing an order with Stylevana. The difficulty in getting a timely response and the seemingly inflexible order cancellation process have left me with a sense of dissatisfaction.

Very bad service

Goodmorning,stop sending automatic reply and really help people! Most of customers like me who have not receved their orders have allready send to the e mail adtess you give ******* e mail and still haven' t receved help and their belonging! Liars and thieves...give me back my money!

I allready sent 4 tickets with your application form and 6 e.mail from the day that i should have receved the parcel.Until now nobody help me, i am very dissapointed 2irh this owful customer service, i spent 120 euro in beauty product that i never receved. On the 9/ 04 i made an order num.BWSVNLA*******181 of 120 euro, the courier has never deluvered the parcel and checking o n the delivey status i learned that my parcel have been sent back to the supplier.

I wrote so many e mails and tickets nobody has never reply, nobody has never help me!

I only would like to have my order back or be refund otherwise i will write e mails about your very bad customer service in any website review concerning your company.

Are you able to be professional and really help your customers?

Frankly embarrassing for a customer to be out of pocket for a failed delivery on Stylevana's part for 3 months!

Even after fully cooperating with their internal investigations by signing a letter of denial and attaching my passport ID, Stylevana has deliberately withheld my refund.

Stylevana is clearly in violation of their own EU terms and conditions in addition to the consumer rights law in Europe (I am in the Netherlands).

I will be escalating this dispute and recommend you avoid shopping with them.

SCAM, WASTE OF MONEY and TIME
On 24/5/2022 i ordered 5 x Ciracle - Enzyme Foam Cleanser -150ml with total AU$80.45. I sent at least 5 emails about my order. Initially they said that they have 2 items and then 3 items in a week later. I told them just send what ever they have and refund the remaining. Until today, I have not received anything.
THIS IS ABSOLUTE A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Still no information about delivery. I'm waiting for almost 4 weeks! And no response on my letters!my parcel still wasn't dispatched and my money still not returned. So I'm LOOSING 281euro! I ordered 8 of these Dr. Jart SPF 30 products over two months ago. All of the items I received were the wrong product. I received them in the last week of March. I have tried contacting their customer service team multiple times, submitted multiple requests for a return/refund, emailed their customer service team, I even stayed up and called their customer service number at 10pm my time (phone hours are so bad because they're located in Hong Kong), just to be told that it wasn't actually a customer service phone line. I spent over $180 and have not seen a penny of it, or heard any word as to where my case stands. DO NOT SHOP HERE. IT IS A SCAM. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST. If anybody on the service team reads this, please get me my money asap. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I bought SKII essence from them at AU$200 and the product came broken. I then contacted them for product replacement.

Originally they try to ask for information, after I sent all photos and videos that proven the product actually came broken but not broken by me, they simply say they will investigate the issue and NEVER revert again. Given how well the product was wrapped, I am pretty sure that the product was broken BEFORE they ship. Taking $000 and send a broken product, with no followup/refund, I can only say they are scam website and please DO NOT buy from them!

First time making a purchase on this website. I was very happy with the product so I thought I would buy again. However I received damaged items which I was given a voucher of 15% off (SVANAC***)towards my next order, this didn't work as the voucher they give works on a singular item not the whole basket, even tried buying one item and it still didn't work, as it was only 15% off, I never bothered with it though I emailed several times and was ignored. Now what has made me write this negative review is the fact that my recent order was delivered to a different door BWSVUKA******* by Royal mail in the picture you can see the landing and the door is not my own. It has been since November I have not received any refund, the communicate and speed to resolve the matter is unsatisfactory, not to mention the voucher I've been given yet again doesn't work towards the whole order. No one is responding to me to resolve this I have asked for the order to be replaced as I don't wanna voucher I want my items. I will continue to write negative feedbacks so people are more aware shop at your own risk. Good customer service doesn't exist, no follow ups, you will explain the situation to several people before any false result is given. System seems robotic

I have been a month waiting for my order (not little money at all). It is still "under process" though they rushed to take the money.
They answered in the beginning claiming there was a problem witrh one of the products and they were just waiting this to arrive to send the order, but then sopped replying.
I wonder how it is legal for this company still operate with such horrible way of handling customers, this should be banned, it is just cheating people and the frustration is huge where there is no one to ask for help.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM! WHOEVER IS RUNNING STYLEVANA, SAME ON YOU!
