I ordered a product from them because it was cheeper on Stylevana then on Amazon. They never emailed me a receipt and after 1 week I contacted them and turns out they charged me, although never even sent me the product. They told me they put it on hold, I don't understand why they did that. Then when I canceled and wanted a refund they hacked my email by placing their email saying they are refunding me the product before all my complaining emails to them, pretending I was harassing them after they wanted to refund me my product. I this company is fake and all they do is defraud people.
Your better off going with another Asian beauty care supplier because even though Stylevana has the best prices that doesn't really matter if you never get your order I placed an order on March 5 that still has yet to be sent all because of 2 items that they say are out of stock and at the time I placed the order it said it was in stock on there website I made sure of this so I did have this problem. Finally they asked if I wanted to cancel those items so my order would ship and they would refund me so I agreed well here it is a few days later and my order still hasn't shipped and they only gave me a partial refund?! Like what is that a partial refund this was totally there mistake and instead of being apologetic they only give me half a refund. So this company is willing to screw over their customers if it means saving a few extra dollars so apparently word of mouth or customer satisfaction is not a concern of theirs at all. Not only that but it took so much back and forth to even get a reply from them most of the time it's just automated answers and you're talking to a bit not a real person. It's not worth the hassle and the frustration dealing with them just to save a few extra dollars because there prices are a little lower then other sites but trust me I would much rather pay a few extra dollars and have some security that I will actually get my items then deal with sytelvana again!
I placed two separate orders. They took forever to ship even though the items were in stock. The first order finally arrived almost a month after ordering. The second order showed delivered to a random town in a completely different state. I reached out to customer service who asked me to fill out a form and provide a copy of photo id. Being located in the US I have never been asked for photo identification when a package was clearly delivered to the wrong address (wrong state even). When I asked for additional information about how that information was used (I have privacy and identity theft concerns) I was ignored. So I followed up a couple more times asking for additional info with no response. Finally after my third email I get a generic response telling me the same thing, fill out a form and provide photo ID... again no explanation how my information is being used or given to. If I received a reasonable explanation as to why they need that info it would be one thing, but to ignore the question altogether just seems completely shady to me. So my money is now lost unless I want to gamble on giving them more of my personal information with no explanation. I would caution anyone from buying from this company, there are comparable online retailers that have better customer service. I would give 0 stars if I could.
I can't believe they totally ignored MULTIPLE emails of mine to request to cancel the order, and shipped the order! Actually there was 1 response asking to keep the order with their 10% coupon, and I replied no saying I'll place a new order with the items I need. That was it. Since then, I sent them emails after emails asking to cancel the order, and they just flat out ignored them! This is NOT OK, and I don't want to use Stylevenna anymore and alert people about that.
I bought 10 products masks and foundation about $50 from Stylevana on 6 July, and they didn't ship to me, for the last 2 months time, I contact stylevana and their delivery company Aramex several times, They refuse to tell me who give the 'authority to leave', so that I can claim from Paypal. Aramex the delivery company and Stylevana are playing tennis say that I need to contact the other side delivery company/seller to confirm 'who give the authority to leave'. For the last month, Stylevana ignore my email and no reply whatsoever after I request refund. I can't get my money back! I'll report to ACCC and people Do Not Buy from Stylevana!
This is scam website. Please be cautious. After you placed order, no updated status, no response to emails at all. And it shows it is from hongkong had to contact my bank get money back
Don't even bother buying something from Stylevana. They are scammers. I made an order on July despite seeing all those bad reviews and oh lord they were true. I got scammed by them. I never received my order even though they said it was "delivered". Customer service doesn't provide any help at all and their replies takes several days. I 100% DON'T RECOMMEND SHOPPING IN STYLEVANA. Save yourself the trouble of doing so.

- Price range: very affordable, prices are generally lower on Stylevana compared to those found on other websites that also sell Korean beauty products

Placed my order #BWSVUKA******* almost THREE MONTHS AGO 21st January 2023. Still no sign of my order in April! Apparently delivery was supposed to be on 17th February, but nothing arrived. Emailed Stylevana on 26th February but they have completely ignored my email. I therefore attempted to claim this via my card almost three months later, but they have stated the item is "Still in Transit"! Is this a joke? Utter scam, do not order from this company.

Twitter, and email. All I got was the one automatic reply and no reply back anymore.

First time placing order with Stylevana and it's going good so far as the Package has been dispatched within one working week, I've received the tracking email and it's showing me updates that at which step is my package right now. I placed the order without reading any reviews about Stylevana, and when I read the reviews on different review sites and social media (specially TikTok), it turned out most of the people have complaints about them (mostly delayed packages, bad customer service, refund haven't received etc etc), after reading these comments I was quite worried that may be my experience is gonna be like them as well but I was pleasantly surprised when I received 2 emails back and forth saying that my order has been packed and dispatched along with tracking email with one working week of placing the order.
It's been 3months since I placed the order and still I haven't received it. Left a message on their website and sent an email. No response. Worst shopping experience ever.
I have been trying to contact them by email for a month and a half, but they have been so vague in their responses that I have given up.
I will never use this company again!

My payment cleared 20 days ago and my order has not been shipped. No one has responded to my requests for information. If you do order, make sure you use a credit card for protection.
All of the products are genuine and at a far more affordable prices than anywhere else. Shipping can take around 2 weeks depending on availability of the product, which is why I suggest purchasing items that state they are in stock and to be shipped within 24 hours. One purchase I made (I was aware that it stated the items were out of stock and are usually shipped in 30 days time) took from the 1st of August (when I placed my order) to the 25th of August (for it to get shipped. For another order I had placed it took 8 days for it to ship and items arrived and were packed beautifully with multiple free extra products. Obviously depending on stock availability shipping may take a long time but from my experiences Stylevana is legit and the products do arrive. As for customer service, the email replies tend to be quite slow (4 days for my enquiry) however they are very effective and they resolve the issue pretty immediately. After seeing all the negative reviews I was quite hesitant to place my order however I was pleasantly surprised with the countless offers and multiple freebies given alongside my order.

I placed an order in July 2023 and never received anything to date, and it's May 2024 now. I have written so many e-mails to their so called customer service, but to no avail. Twice they replied asking me to confirm my shipping details again and again, which I did, but still no parcel. In March this year someone emailed me back and wrote they have decided to send my order and sent me a tracking number. Only the tracking number does not work on the website of the courier Stylevana uses. No parcel exists with that tracking number. I even tried the number on our local postoffice site, just in case it was en route on this side, but no, a parcel with that number just does not exist at all.
It's May 2024 and still this order is neither shipped nor refunded from July 2023. Stylevana's nonchalant attitude to their customers is the worst I have had to deal with. They are quick to take your money, but could not care less about your order after that. I will NEVER order from them ever again. Nor should you, unless you just enjoy being frustrated.
Have heard abt this company years ago and finally decided to place an order with them.which I shouldn't have if I'd do more researching. Order placed almost a month ago, wrote an email to customer service when I don't see any updates from them a week later, customer service named Rory replied that one of items will be back in stock on Aug 31, so until then either I cancel it to have the rest of the items dispatched or wait for it. I offered my solution right away but heard nothing back, got a little frustrated and wrote them another email asking for a response. Then here is the most sketchy part of the story, another customer service named Lloyd finally replied, but only the exact email Rory wrote as if they have never received my offer of solution. Now I am damn sure they are a scam and if I still don't see my order fulfilled in the next couple of days, I will definitely file a complaint. Don't ever do business with them, EVER! And I will make sure to spread the message to my friends and family to keep their money away from them.
