THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH
I've placed my order on 12.05.2024, all items were marked as 'dispatch in 24 hours' after about 5 days i did raised a ticket with their customer service because they did not dispatch my order. They replied after 2 days saying that they have 2 items that they are waiting stock for and the order would be dispatched in about 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS! After other reply of mine they said I can chose to change the 2 items from the order. Perfect, in about 10 min I replied with the 2 items that I wanted to replace, with description, name, link and price (mark this: the price of the 2 replacements were lower than in my original order, so there would be no problem to charge extra or have to request payment or anything else; I said I don t want that amount to be refunded, just to dispatch the order. After 2 days, no reply. I did write back again, asking them if they can confirm they made the changes. Guess what? Whoever is replying DO NOT CHECK THE CONVERSATIONB AT ALL! Because they said the same thing, copy paste, that they are still waiting for the stock and if i want to be refunded for that amount or change the items. After another 4 days, no reply, raised another 3 tickets, messages, no reply what so ever. Just THE TRASHIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The products are great but the communication with customers is just OUTRAGEOUS!

I placed and paid for the order on 26th of March. And since then it is being in a status Processing. On all my emails, where i indicated exact order number, i received automatic replies with different reasons of excuses - Chinese New Year(in March?), Easter, 1st of May.

My order was lost and I asked Stylevana to either resend me the order to credit me for the order. I sent them over 12 emails over many months and after 5 emails they stopped responding. My advice - do not order from them and if you do and do not receive your order for a month, then go directly to your credit card company to settle the issue and let the credit card company deal with them about not fulfilling their obligations to you as a buyer.
Terrible service! I have ordered from them about 2 months ago and I still didn't get my products! I emailed them about it and no response. I asked them for my refund and still no response! I emailed them numerous times and they just don't respond. Non existing customer service! I have ordered from other Korean sites and it's never this long. I always got my products or at least an email! NOT THIS COMPANY! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS THEM!
Ordered K-beauty products on 11/14 and received shipping confirmation e-mail on 11/17. Today is 12/23, but haven't received any. I asked them to locate the shipment, but no answer. I will have my credit card company reject the payment. DO NOT SHOP at Stylevana. Horrible website to shop.

Almost 3 weeks later, the order still has not left Hong Kong.
Wrote to their customer service several times to which I only received automated replies – but no solution.
Cannot even ask for a cancellation/refund as they won't get back to me.

Have also contacted various influencers and suggested they stop promoting Stylevana as it will only annoy their followers.
I am super fine, all what i order come, nothing crush, all perfect. It take 3months and i am just fine with it, like from Honkong to middle eu, hey why not and lets be honest, they have all brands, you dont need to go to other webs and hope "there is my corean beauty" nope, you grab it here and buy it. Then from me "Thank you" happy with my products
Worst company ever! We placed the order for €70 in November 2023. It was sent by the courier company Hermes. The order was not delivered to us, instead it was returned back to Stylevana.
I wrote a couple of e-mails to the Stylevana company, but no one answered me. After a month my sister wrote to them and finally after a month someone answered us! They wrote that they will send again, after 3 days nothing happened, then they wrote that they are not sending us and give us a voucher. The sister replied, I don't want a voucher, but our order. Guess what? In a few weeks, no one answer. We don't have an order from NOVEMBER 2023! IT IS 2/7/2024! And we don't have money either
We want our order and normal comunication!
They stole from me 58e, and that's a lot in my country.
I tried contacting them 4times no reply after 20days only outo-reply.
I want my package in full with some extra now and till then i will make it my lifes mission to destroy any semblance of respect this company might still have frome people.

I ordered three items from stylevana, and the courier said my items had been delivered, I recommend buying from iherb instead, as it sells the same items for the similar prices, and is a more reputable site. Avoid styelvana as its hit and miss
I bought skincare products on Stylevana on the 30th of April and the order status shows complete, however, I have not received my products end of May. I emailed them on the 5th of May, but there was no answer or reply. The tracking number they provided on the website is unclear and could not find it. Fraud company!
Made two orders from this website. In both times I ordered things that were "in stock, and ships within 24 hours" according to their website. And each time my order stays in "processing" status for weeks until I reach out to them and then they respond after days with A very cold your times are not in stock and we're waiting for it to be back in stock without even apologizing. First time I even paid for an express shipping (that didn't even matter to them to at least send me an email). Anyway first time I randomly choose a couple of items to replace the out of stock items I had ordered for them to ship it. Second time I was also the one to reach it asking where my order is and get the same cold response from Kelly that says that 2 items are not in stock hand I'm gonna have to wait for a month or so "if everything goes smoothly". I told her to ship the already in stock item and then ship the rest later when they are in stock or just cancel them and refund me their amount, days later she replies by saying they can't split the order and the in stock items total is $42 dollars so I'm not eligible for free shipping that way and if I want them to be shipped I have to pay $4.99.
Bottom line I never dealt with anyone who runs their business their way. I understand that mistakes happen but when they do you take responsibility but apparently they don't know a thing about customer service.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the late delivery of my recent Order # BWSVEUA*******. You have taken the money from my account on the 16th of January, I have yet to receive my order. I have tried to contact your customer service team, but have received no satisfactory response.
I request immediate delivery of my order or a full refund. If I do not receive a response or resolution within the next 2 weeks, I will have no choice but to raise the issue in two skincare forums and on social media via known beauty bloggers.
I have been a loyal customer of your company before and am extremely disappointed in the service I have received recently. I expect prompt action to resolve this matter.

No reply only automatic message, no refund this is a scammer don't buy, you will not receive anything from them. They just delete comment on Facebook et give you an automatic message same with mail.

I ordered from them 3 weeks ago, and still has no date of when my stuff is being dispatched. I emailed them to have my order canceled because I want my money back, but gets no response.

I'm not ordering much makeup as of late as we've been under a "Shelter in Place" order here in NYC for what seems like forever, but my favorite Korean Beauty store to order from is definitely Stylevana. At one point they had a promo for buy 3 get 1 free & they hadn't made it clear that it couldn't be used w/coupons. I wrote them about it and they sent me my missing compact form Hong Kong very quickly. They also have very inexpensive clthing which most people pass by, but if you sort by price you'll get amazing deals.
I've ordered nearly a month ago and nothing! Try to contacted them several times, emails, Instagram messages NO WORD.
I don't know how to get my money back. But I'm gonna write a complaint.
Not only did Stylevana delay shipping for over 1 month, they used "PiggyShip" to deliver my package instead of a reputable company like DHL, UPS, or USPS. Instead of leaving the package with my building's receptionist, in a package locker, mail box, or even my front door, PiggyShip threw the package in the open lobby area in front of the elevator! I can't believe there is a delivery service this lazy. They even took a picture of the box in the open and said it was "Delivered in Mailbox". No surprise, the package was stolen and I have not received a single response from Stylevana. I have ordered from Stylevana several times before and didn't mind shipping delays, but the nonexistent customer service is enough. I am disputing this with my credit card and never touching this site again. BEWARE.
Stay away from this company! Ordered item 2 weeks ago and it's still not shipped. It will take over 1 month or more to receive some shampoo? Not worth it. Buy it somewhere else
This was my first time ordering from Stylevana. After I ordered I noticed all the negative reviews and got worried. I didn't need to be. First of all when you order it says whether itll ship in 1-3days or 30 days, so check that first.
I ordered on May 21st and it got shipped on the 25th. My skincare products were wrapped in bubble wrap, so it arrived safely.
I will say this. If you are ordering from the United States it will take almost 2weeks to get your order (which isnt their fault). I got mine on June 4. So be prepared for that.
Id order from them again.
Answer: A COMPLETE SCAM. I made an order with insured shipping, didn't receive any parcels despite they claiming it was "delivered", and their customer service is THE WORST. They're not helpful at all. Please buy in other site.
