Missed out payments, missed out collection timings, Claudia and her team are just a nightmare to deal with. I've taken back higher value items placed with them as I've lost confidence in this company - erroneous listing details, missed out payments on sold items etc. Thought I'd give them a second chance by arranging for another pickup but that's been mucked up too. Their countless apologies, even with their "vouchers" and "fee waivers" don't make up, it's like dealing with the boy who cried wolf for the 4th time, and then the 5th, and the 6th, 7th, 8th... a real disappointment.

I have a lot of experience selling on different websites, including those offering authentication services. But this one was one of my worst experiences especially handling my issue from the customer support side.
One of my items was sold and it was a concern for me since that item was vintage and very rare, so I wrote to the customer support to double check whether it is going to be taken care of properly as otherwise I'd rather cancel my sale even if it affects my rating. I was assured everything would be fine. Ok great.
My item was collected from my place, authenticated and passed to the buyer. After a week, I get a notification of return. I really don't get what sort of return policy this is. Someone basically was USING my very valuable item for a WEEK for free and then just decided to return it. This is not how things are done.
This is not all though. My return was arranged and I stayed at home the whole day waiting for it. No one came and no one contacted me about what's going on. It was Friday. Saturday I tried to call but ooops - you are closed. Atrocious. The earliest anyone came back to me was Monday and without any reasonable explanation (see attached). We did not have your unit number. Really? What do you have my handphone number for?
In fact, they had my full address all the way (see screenshot).
When I received my item back and checked, the case had a stain. I am not quite sure what the quality control guidelines ST has, but reputable concierge services attach labels to the items in such a way that the buyers can't wear them unless they make a final decision and not just bluntly use them for a week or more (14 days return policy). On my item, I only seen a tag which was not attached to anything at all.
Just never again I will sell through this platform.
From payment to delivery was very fast and convenient. No hassle whatsoever.
When paying, I wasn't informed that if returning items, they will be credited and not reimbursed. It clearly states in the website "full reimbursement". I was notified about credit only AFTER I requested to return 2 items that didn't fit.
I am a big fan of ST but this order wasn't great. First, one item was reimbursed before delivery, with no information about which item it was or the reason. Next, the items were delivered later than usual, a full 10 days after purchase. Finally, I found the quality of the items not as good as usual. One bag (black) was pretty scratched and a pair of Olympia shoes were smelly (damp/mold) and hardened - as if they'd badly taken the water.
The White Glove service is a joke. They took several days to confirm they have picked up my bags, and then a few more days to take very bad photos of them. I provided the names of the models of my bags in my email - and they proceeded to ignore this and describe them in generic terms like "white shoulder bag". Some great marketing value-add this is - how would anyone know which model and whether these bags are authentic? And the worst, they low-balled me and offered me 20% of the retail price of brand new with tag bags. Don't waste your time with them. They are slow, they have no marketing expertise and the rates they offer you is laughable.
Making an online purchase and payment with Style Tribute was very simple and quick. Delivery was prompt. The bag was received in exactly as pictured, in excellent condition. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Bags received looked exactly as they are in the photos online. I wish you had an installment payment plan for buyers.
I purchased a Givenchy Antigona in medium size, but received a small size instead. Size is a fundamental property of the product that can be observed just by looking at it. The fact that an incorrect size was sent to me, despite StyleTribute claiming they have a team that checks the product twice, makes me wonder if there is even any check at all. If such an obvious discrepancy is not discovered by the team, I have little faith that the team is adequate to ensure authenticity of the product at all.
Like the same as the other negative comments the white glove service left me at the point of wanting to go to the small claims. Unresponsive, an excuse for everything and years before I could get a result of getting my items back. Then more excuses how they couldn't seem to desposit the funds to my acc which hadn't changed from day one. Mickey Mouse outfit at best. If you're a seller go elsewhere they're not worth your energy..
Claudia and the staff provides excellent customer service throughout your entire selling experience. I needed ST to come within a days notice and they moved their schedule to accomodate me!
I recommend Styletribute as a platform that is great for both sides of the coin - customers, sellers and its contribution to the community of sustainable fashion advocates.
I have made multiple purchases with StyleTribute in the past and the experiences were very pleasant. However, it was not this time around. First, the description states that the Chanel bag will come with the "full packaging". However, upon receiving the parcel, there was only the authenticity card and dust bag. I was expecting to receive the care booklet, box, and even the ribbons and camellia flower for the "full packaging". Next, upon checking the bag, I found some personal belongings in the bag left behind by the previous owner. These include hair clips as well as fake eyelashes. I was disappointed because first, the description is not in compliance with what I received (there is no "full packaging") and second, StyleTribute did not bother to remove these "personal belonging" before sending the bag out. The latter problem made me wonder if StyleTribute did properly check and authenticate the bag before sending it out. I believe nobody would miss out these "personal belongings" if the bag has been properly checked. Nonetheless, I have sent the bag to 2 rounds of paid authentication services and both came back saying the bag is "authentic", which is a piece of great news. I hope StyleTribute can be stricter with its quality control check and provide its customers with a better shopping experience.
As sizing and cutting vary, providing basic measurements will help customers decide whether the clothes would fit and save the logistics of returning items.
