When paying, I wasn't informed that if returning items, they will be credited and not reimbursed. It clearly states in the website "full reimbursement". I was notified about credit only AFTER I requested to return 2 items that didn't fit.
Your customer service improved, compared to the last time, but still far from being good. It is satisfactory. I wrote a detailed description in my previous feedback.
I want to buy and sell second hand high quality clothes. I am a full believer that we need to stop producing and buying new stuff. StyleTribute addresses this need and I want to support.
It also offers branded items at a reasonable price, which is a big plus.
