I've sold and bought on StyleTribute for about 10 years now. Post pandemic their customer service is horrible- no replies to emails, having to chase payment or payment is not made. They used to be so efficient but it's all gone downhill
I'm happy with the purchases and the goods arrived surprisingly quickly, given current travel constraints. The duty was very heavy, heavier than I anticipated, so this may curb future purchases. But I cannot lay the blame for that on the shopping experience, so am happy overall.
Was told one item was unavailable only when i enquired more than a week after the purchase was made. I did not received the delivery. It was put in my raiser and i did not notice the message the delivery person had sent me.
I am seller to use the styletribute platform for a long time. But reasonably that I am faceing they don't payout my slod item on time. E-mail no reply. Try to contact them always no answer. Are they closedown soon? Is the case that the company run bad they start no to make payment to all of the client. Is anyone share same story with me?
Products ordered. Not shipped for weeks, not even a message.
Then I receive a multiple choice question qhether I received. Clicking no, items were shipped with ~3 weeks delay.
But wrong item delivered. Ofem and the laiting photo do not match.
There is also no longer order history in my page to wven track things.
What is going on? Are you seriously in the business or doing this as a casual hobby?
The technology side has glitches. Not working as it should compared to its benchmark sites.
Starting to feel like a fraud from the seller perspective.
Inquired about items on consignment, no reply after 1 month of confirming receipt of email.
Looked up their Facebook page and Facebook has posted account closure notices.
Seller beware.
I'm basically new to style tribute and it's app. I recently got an offer for my item and accepted it by mistake as I did not notice the offer amount was way lower than expectation. As I was unfamiliar with the app, I admit that I made a mistake to 'confirm' offer due to swift fingers.
Wrote to Sophie (customer service) and she commented that she was disappointed in me for wanting to cancel the offer and will not allow me to use their platform if I cancel on them again? Threatening of customers is their business strategy I reckon. But excuse me, it's my first time and I dont think I deserve that kind of treatment as a potential customer.
I always buy from Style Tribute as they have a great selection of clothes, bags and accessories. Why pay full price when you can get an item secondhand in great condition for a fraction of the usual price?!?
I love the items and they are such a great deal!

Hi love the site and merchandise! Dont really have a complaint about the entire shopping experience. The only issue i had was the delay in receiving my order. But overall, this is a great place to score really good deals!

I adore the stuff I get from Style Tribute because it helps reduce my carbon footprint by wearing something someone else has already owned and "discarded". The products are lovingly curated and just wonderful.
There was a tad bit of delay in my delivery, however the customer service has been quick to response and understanding to my request and needs. Changing what was going to turn out to be a disappointing buying experience to an excellent one. Highly recommended, will definitely return for more. Return has been a breeze as well. Famous designers for less price. Second handed but good quality. Very fun to shop at this store! It is hard to find a second handed designer clothes in Singapore. Good location also. I will come back for sure!

Overall purchase experience was smooth and hassle-free. The only area that could have better is the delivery arrangement. The delivery personnel had contacted me via phone upon reaching my door step.as the delivery hours clashed with my working hours, I had requested for the item to be placed in the enclosed riser on the eight hand side of my main door. However, I found item placing on my plants in front of my main door instead, where it was not sheltered from the rain and easily visible from corridor users.
Delivery was prompt. Item was received exactly as it was pictured. I am pleased with the espadrilles. This was my second purchase and I will continue and certainly look forward to future purchases because of my two positive experiences as well as the competitive pricing.
Overall experience is satisfactory. Respond was prompt and truthful when I asked for the condition of the item I purchased. However, the delivery took a bit longer time and I was not been updated on the delivery status that's why I given 3 stars here.

I agree that we should have been kinder in explaining the issue at hand, especially seeing as you are a new client to StyleTribute.
The make an offer feature is put into place to help both buyers and sellers. We aim to make the StyleTribute experience a positive one for both buyers and sellers. Once an offer is made and the seller accepts or counters the offer, the buyer has 3 days to follow through with the purchase. It can be quite disappointing for a buyer to purchase and pay for an item online and have an order canceled, as I’m sure you have experienced in the past. We aim to do what we can to keep from canceling orders to keep both buyers and sellers happy.
