Stay away from buying ANYTHING from this company. I ordered things in March, it's now August. I received one item and the quality sucked! Sneakers shouldn't look like sandals. Besides this i contacted them multiple times via email concerned about not receiving my packages. Need i say the package that was sent second was the only package out of three i was supposed to get. After finally contacting my bank for a refund did they respond to me telling me my things should have been delivered in June. This is months and months after no response back from them. I opened claimed with FedEx and USPS both telling me they have no package yet from the sender with the china track post number. Again i contacted the company and still no response. Now... that it's missing and i'm demanding my money back they finally are telling me not them to open another claim. This was a scam to begin with and i will never support them again. Be aware!

Rikachic Service Is a Chinese scam website. The site appears great for shopping. They seem legitimate when you first purchase sending responses and tracking information. But you will never received your merchandise. What you will receive are hundreds of junk emails as they use this site to gather USA email addresses to resell. Their customer service emails the same response and bogus tracking number to every inquiry all signed with Lucy no other info. I have informed PayPal and American Express of their duplicity. The photo is of the tracking response I have received for 40+ days. No US carrier (USPost Office, FedEx, UPS) recognizes the tracking number.

I ordered a new case for my son for his birthday. I ordered an S9+ case with protective screen. It took a month to receive it. When it finally arrived, the screen was smashed and it was for a s9 Galaxy NOT the s9+. I immediately emailed the company. NO REPLY. I waited 48 hours and emailed again. STILL NO REPLY. I have emailed 6 times now, still no reply. SO I HAVE A CRUSHED SCREEN, NO CASE and a son who didn't get the only birthday gift that was bought for him.

I ordered some sandals and after a few weeks without a shipping confirmation, I sent an email asking what the status was. I received a response that the shoes were popular so the order was taking longer to complete. I asked to cancel it. I have told them to cancel the order, OVER AND OVER, for almost a month now. I have told them 7 times, and I keep getting emails saying they will ship soon. I cancelled it through my credit card company, and Tristta is still trying not to cancel it. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM.

They are definitely bigger than a size 6, the leather can't be real leather (if it is, it's the cheapest leather I've ever seen). The shoes are shiny and cheesy looking. I've ordered many nice products online, but I'll never order from this company again.

I guess you should absolutely expect the worst from these guys. What I thought I bought was not even close and I have the pictures to prove it. Not only does it not look the same it was the wrong size. I've tried contacting them to no avail. I pray nobody else gets scammed like I did. All I want is what I ordered or for them to make it right. I'll make sure that since they haven't even contacted me that I let anyone who asks know to not order from them ever!

I had seen an ad on Instagram for a relatively cute pair of black sandals with studded bellishments. At $37.95, they arrived weeks later, were made of insanely cheap plastic materials. The buckles were faux-buckles, not even holes to put the buckle prong through. No markings indicating size and they were so narrow, I'd be surprised a child could fit them.

When I inquired about a refund, I was told if I wanted the pair with the studs, I should have selected it as there were "2 options." They offered to send me a pair "for free" but it would cost $25 in shipping. I stated no, they were too narrow to begin with and I just wanted a refund.

I searched the site high and low for these shoes again to see if there really was an option to pick ones with the studs, ironically they don't appear in any of my searches.
