Stay away from buying ANYTHING from this company. I ordered things in March, it's now August. I received one item and the quality sucked! Sneakers shouldn't look like sandals. Besides this i contacted them multiple times via email concerned about not receiving my packages. Need i say the package that was sent second was the only package out of three i was supposed to get. After finally contacting my bank for a refund did they respond to me telling me my things should have been delivered in June. This is months and months after no response back from them. I opened claimed with FedEx and USPS both telling me they have no package yet from the sender with the china track post number. Again i contacted the company and still no response. Now... that it's missing and i'm demanding my money back they finally are telling me not them to open another claim. This was a scam to begin with and i will never support them again. Be aware!

I sent in an order on March 23rd 2020 it is August 19-20 they keep saying they have this policy that they can't refund and I told them forget the policy issue me a card for my inconvenience or simply start my order over they don't want to give me my money back and all they keep doing its thing sorry for the inconvenience talking about the packages on the way even though it's been 4 months. I ordered a pair of mens dress shoes from them on January 30,2020 and here it is April 20,2020 and I never received them. I try contacting them through email and they ignored all emails. I had to open a case against them through paypal and I got my money back. Do not order anything from these people, they are just interested in taking your money.

I ordered a new case for my son for his birthday. I ordered an S9+ case with protective screen. It took a month to receive it. When it finally arrived, the screen was smashed and it was for a s9 Galaxy NOT the s9+. I immediately emailed the company. NO REPLY. I waited 48 hours and emailed again. STILL NO REPLY. I have emailed 6 times now, still no reply. SO I HAVE A CRUSHED SCREEN, NO CASE and a son who didn't get the only birthday gift that was bought for him.

I had seen an ad on Instagram for a relatively cute pair of black sandals with studded bellishments. At $37.95, they arrived weeks later, were made of insanely cheap plastic materials. The buckles were faux-buckles, not even holes to put the buckle prong through. No markings indicating size and they were so narrow, I'd be surprised a child could fit them.

When I inquired about a refund, I was told if I wanted the pair with the studs, I should have selected it as there were "2 options." They offered to send me a pair "for free" but it would cost $25 in shipping. I stated no, they were too narrow to begin with and I just wanted a refund.

I searched the site high and low for these shoes again to see if there really was an option to pick ones with the studs, ironically they don't appear in any of my searches.

I ordered two pairs of boots on September 16,2018. They promised a 10 business day delivery. I inquired about a refund. They sent an email on 10/24/18 telling me to expect my refund in 3-5 business days. Today is 11/8/18 and still no refund.

I cannot believe you think it's okay to steal people's money!

I guess you should absolutely expect the worst from these guys. What I thought I bought was not even close and I have the pictures to prove it. Not only does it not look the same it was the wrong size. I've tried contacting them to no avail. I pray nobody else gets scammed like I did. All I want is what I ordered or for them to make it right. I'll make sure that since they haven't even contacted me that I let anyone who asks know to not order from them ever!

I bought a prepaid 12-month Xbox live card that was said to work in the United States. I got it and it did not work. They refused to issue a refund. I had to open a case with PayPal, and thankfully PayPal had my back. Do not risk buying from this business. Look at all these bad reviews!

The took my money with zero communication so I started a PayPal Fraud Report AND reported them to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! Only wish I read all the negative reviews BEFORE I ordered.

I ordered some sandals and after a few weeks without a shipping confirmation, I sent an email asking what the status was. I received a response that the shoes were popular so the order was taking longer to complete. I asked to cancel it. I have told them to cancel the order, OVER AND OVER, for almost a month now. I have told them 7 times, and I keep getting emails saying they will ship soon. I cancelled it through my credit card company, and Tristta is still trying not to cancel it. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THEM.

I ordered sandals and shoes and it's a no go for either one... and no response through email... trying to get my money back through PayPal... DON'T ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered boots from this website 10/3/18, never recieved the merchandise nor a refund and have yet to get any help from anyone at this company. Do not shop with them.

Stay away, Site is a scam or they are so incompetent that you'll never get your product either way. I have been waiting for 45 days for a product to still show in the pre-shipment state. I will never do business with these crooks again.

They are definitely bigger than a size 6, the leather can't be real leather (if it is, it's the cheapest leather I've ever seen). The shoes are shiny and cheesy looking. I've ordered many nice products online, but I'll never order from this company again.
