Ya'll with the negative reviews are dumb or what? You should direct your complaints to douchey shipping company UPS. Stylenanda has nothing to do with the custom fees you are facing. They literally just send their stuff to you via UPS. UPS and Stylenanda are not the same! Stop embarrassing yourselves and learn FAQs at Stylenanda site before coming here with your bitterness. Stop ruining other brands' reputation with your ingnorance.

They have nice products however be prepared to pay customs. I usually order during their free shipping promotions so I just count the customs as shipping fee so it's not too bad however they like to send your order in separate packages... I had to pay customs twice so it was almost $50 CAD total. Like just send my order in one package I'd rather wait a bit longer. OR tell me about the fees so I can at least know before placing the order. I ordered a clothing item once where the package was larger and customs was $111. So yeah keep that in mind.

You see, the other day they told me they are unable to change my order. That consultant was pushing my order to be sent out, and that it went on a SPLIT ORDER. Can you believe it, how desperate this company is? Their policy is not even a policy and their customer service is non other that bull$#*! people who push sales instead of satisfying their customers.

Will NEVER BUY FROM THEM Again.

3CE! Get out of Stylenanda, they don't deserve your products!

My request to cancel and change my order on Sunday after I have paid was denied. Preparing the order is usually done on a business day. They claim on their website that customer can cancel, edit, exchange their order as long as the status is preparing for shipment. But Rei (acclaim team manager) said it was not possible. Obviously, u will have to pay once you have placed the order, the invoice is out before the status shows that they are preparing your order. Such a dissapointment that the customer service doesn't even support customers choice, and just ignored their own policy. I saw all the request to exchange and cancel that day was not granted. It just meant she had probably ignored all of these requests cuz she is lazy to change the order. What a joke.

I ordered make-up for Stylenanda because they had fee shipping to the Netherlands.

When the package arrived the costs where 17 duty and 33 import taxes over an order of 66$. I am willing to pay the duties but the import taxes in the Netherlands are calculated based on the transportation costs, stylenanda did not note free shipping on the parcel which lead to an amount of 33. The customs will be taking 21% of average transportation costs (Korea > the Netherlands). Therefore i rejected the parcel and decided to sent it back.

They responded 1,5 week later on my e-mails which is very slow. Stating the return costs are for the costumor, which i find absurt due to their fault at not noting the shipping fee. Won't order from them again.

This South-Korean clothing brand is a very popular one and they are probably more known for their make-up 3CE. I've bought their makeup before but this time I wanted to try out their clothing. I ordered this tank, cropped cardigan, and long sleeve dress. I love these items and I was so impressed with their shipping!

Stylenanda is one of the websites that doesn't seem to care about their customers. Beware that they don't inform that there's free shipping so you end up paying more taxes. And buying from Stylenanda will almost always get you caught in customs.

Stylenada is a Korean fashion retailer that sells a lot of korean styled clothing. 3CE is their beauty/makeup line, and has AMAZING makeup products (esp their eye palettes, blushes and liquid lipsticks)

Website: very easy to navigate, very aesthetic as well
Product selection: good selection of products and styles
Price: makeup is priced more expensive than drugstore products, but cheaper than high end luxury products
Quality: All their eyeshadow palettes are very pigmented for Korean eyeshadow, and the color combination makes it very easy to create an eye look even if you are a beginner. Their sparkles are SOOOO PRETTY, I recommend the Overtake palette the most!
Shipping: International shipping takes about 2 weeks

I spent about 200$ to get free shipping. About 1 week after ordering my things, I received notification that my order shipped out. After that It took exactly 4 days for the parcel to reach me.

All the items look EXACTLY like the photos. BUT make sure you read the measurement details to get your correct sizing. (I'm 31-25-36 in/ 79-63-91 cm, so I got S in pants&shirts) The material of the denim is comfortable to wear, and do not wrinkle. Same goes with the shirts too. BUT if you're tall the fit of the pants might be awkward for you. I'm 5'1" (155 cm) and they fall perfectly on my talus.

Being someone who regularly shops at urban, zara, topshop etc, I genuinely believe that the quality of Stylenanda's clothing is WAAAAAY better (especially for their price point too!)

Tip for consumers:
read the measurements of the items before purchasing!!!

At first I was so worried. Most of the reviews were terrible. People had said:
1) They had to pay customs
2) The return is terrible
3) Long waiting
4) They didn't get their package.
On the Stylenanda website they say that they don't pay for customs. So if there are going to be custom fees, then the customer will pay for it. I knew I wasn't going to return anything so I didn't have any issues. So it's honestly up to you if you want to risk it. All I ordered was cosmetics. I ordered brushes, palettes and other cosmetics. My total was around 280 with free shipping. After 1 day they already shipped the package out. The package came only 5 days after! It was super quick. My package was delivered with fedex. Also I live in the U.S. I didn't have to pay customs fees. I was worried with all the bad reviews. But honestly, it's up to you if you want to risk it. The only downside is that the package was beat up, but the inside was packaged nicely with bubble wrap. Everything came okay. The shipping was fast. I didn't order clothes because that usually takes the longest. If you buy clothes, stylenanda has to make it so it will take longer to process before it ships out. Good luck to everyone!

BEWARE ordering from this site. Sure, the clothes look nice enough, but honestly, the quality isn't really that great and doesn't justify the price, and one can easily find similar items on many other notable Asian sites (for less).

Note that their sizing is completely OFF and inconsistent and often, even after reading the fine print on the supposed measurements, you will still end up choosing the wrong size.

Which will lead to you having to return things. Well, the big no-no is how misleading their return policy is -- prior to ordering, you might read their return policy and think it seems standard enough.

What's NOT indicated there is that after you request to return, they will DEMAND you use ONLY EMS -- not just any regular tracked airmail, mind, but EMS -- to ship back your returns.

EMS, as everyone knows, is exorbitantly expensive and will generally cost far more than what you're returning. If you don't send it by EMS, they say they won't accept the return.

Further, if you don't give them the tracking number within 3 days of registering the return, they won't accept it either. So be prepared to DROP EVERYTHING AND RUN to the post office soon after registering your return.

Nor do they do exchanges, with shipping fees borne by them, though that's what is stated in their policies (I screenshot all this in case they decide to quickly edit anything now).

Of course you don't know any of this before you purchase and you place your order in good faith. Well, beware and learn from my experience. Steer clear -- try Ledin, Shein or even Ali or some other such company if you're looking for Asian-style fashion instead. NEVER AGAIN!

I have purchased some clothes from this store that were good and comfortable. The shipping was by DHL and came within a week to Australia and I didn't have to pay custom fees.
However, I was not careful about one of my purchases and didn't like it. The customer service is bad, they don't make things clear and it's hard to understand them. So, because I did not understand them and did not return it within 3 days of "filing a request" I am no longer allowed to return it.

I buy some stuff during free shipping period but never got informed that i will pay double cost of my order price!
Like i make a purchase around 70$ and now they ask me another 60$ to pay just so i can receive my order!
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE! IM SO MAD RIGHT NOW!

I wish i had read the reviews before i order my 2 small products with the free shipping promotion
Now i've to pay custom fee more than i've paid for the products. So stupid.
I'm thinking not to accept the package

I'm not sure why there are so many 1 stars? I've ordered from stylenanda 4 times and have never came across any issues with them. My shipment takes 7 days on average to arrive. What you see on the website is actually what you get, unlike other retail stores such as ASOS which are sometimes a hit and miss for me. Their jeans are very reasonable priced and way better than my Topshop jeans. However, if I can give 1 advice it is to look out for their free shipping promos since their free shipping applies for orders above $200 USD. Their S size is actually pretty big on me but other than that, I don't find any thing wrong from ordering from this site.

They decide to ship with DHL and they charge extra for custom fees. I had to pay more in custom fee than the actual product, messaged them about declining the package but Stylenanda would just deduct the fees from the balance which would mean I had to pay an extra 10 for no product. If you can, just order somewhere else.

Update: Sadly I need to modify my review. I have made the mistake to order from Stylenanda for the second time in March 2020. They sent my order with split shipping which is ridiculous, they are claiming that I should let them know if I want my order to be shipped in one parcel. What is even more ridiculous is that they have used DHL express instead of regular post which means that I need to pay taxes and DHL's (which is 20 EUR / package?!) for both packages. I would need to pay around 80 EUR... I have ordered clothes for 100 EUR so I hope you see how ridiculous this is. Obviously their customer services does not care AT ALL.

PLEASE DON'T ORDER from Stylenanda.

I'm very shocked to read all these negative comments about Stylenanda. Yes, the shipping was indeed quite slow but I'm based in Hungary, EU so I understood that the shipping will take some time (I regulalry order from Korean and Chine through Ebay).
I was a bit worried about my package, especially when I was reading all these bad reviews but when I have contacted their customer services and they were super nice and helpful. They have even sent me the tracking site of the Hungarian post which is pretty amazing. :D So overall I'm very satisfied and happy with their service and with my pruchase.

Won't buy again. Years ago it was fine, they sent by ems and custom wasn't charged. Because canada post sometimes would go on strike and so they changed to DHL express, not only custom fee you will need to pay, but also $18 for service fee. I know stylenanda had stated they won't pay custom charge, but when you talked with them, they wouldn't really try to help or care about whether you need to pay that unreasonable charge or change the delivery courier for you. They even split the order unless you request not to split when you order. I paid $80 in total to DHL AND custom for just $230 stuff.

Stylenanda lured me in with their cute clothes and "free shipping". However, after a month of waiting, I realised something was wrong and looked to see where my delivery was. Apparently, it was being held and I had to pay custom duties to deliver it! I was told I HAD TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT I PAID FOR THE CLOTHES TO GET THEM DELIVERED WHICH MEANS I HAD TO PAY DOUBLE. I have to pay double just to receive a little top and a lipstick! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR "FREE SHIPPING" AS NONE OF IT IS FREE. They also have terrible customer service as I tried to get a refund based on the fact that I was not informed at all of the custom duties and it is still under decision whether I can even get a refund! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, I'LL HAVE TO PAY OVER 70 EURO JUST TO GET A TINY TOP AND A LIPSTICK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT CUSTOM DUTIES. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND THAT THEY WILL NOT GIVE. STAY AWAY FROM STYLENANDA. SUCH A SCAM.

There's nothing to say about the legitimacy of the store, yes, it's legitimate. However, I HIGHLY suggest you find 3rd party websites to buy your stylenanda products instead. I'm a regular online shopper and NEVER have I once had to pay customs. Judging by all the reviews, it's more likely a problem with how stylenanda delivers rather than the country that triggers this extra charge. I had to pay an extra 24 dollars on my order, which is completely ridiculous. Nothing wrong with their products, but just don't buy from their website. Go buy from YesStyle instead.

It took more than one month to ship to Australia. And because I was on vacation, they recalled my package without consulting me. And in the end I had to deduct 150 dollars off my order to get a refund. Ridiculous, will never shop here again!

The good:
-After it was shipped out, it literally got to me two days later.
-There was no extra charge for customs/duties, I guess because I'm in the US.
-The clothing looks very cute and stylish. The shoes I got are to die for; they have a square-toe design which gives them an extra edge.
- I was really worried about how the clothes would fit since it's an Asian brand. I am a US size 6, with broader shoulders and bigger butt. But to my surprise, everything fit okay, albeit the cami top being a bit tight.
-The customer service representatives always replied within 24 hours.
-I got a great deal with the summer sale discounts-- 2 skirts, one top, 1 pair of shoes, and 1 necklace all for ~$80

The bad:
-My new member coupon for free shipping could not be applied just because the items were on sale. (I believe if even ONE item in your cart is on discounted, then you can't apply it)
-The website was hard to navigate due to login errors
-It took more than 2 weeks for them to prepare the shipping (possibly due to COVID delays so I'll cut them some slack)
-I was having second thoughts, but they wouldn't let me cancel my order it even though it was still "preparing for shipping". So don't order anything from here unless you're 100% sure you want it.
-One of the items I ordered was a pre-order for June 30th, but they somehow ran out of stock a week after I paid for it. Thankfully I got refunded really fast.
-The material on some of the items is very thin, so I don't know if they will last long.

All in all, I would recommend shopping here! But only if you're sure you won't want to cancel anything. I hope this review was helpful for you!

Slow shipping process, bad customer service. You're better off buying somewhere else. Hope I can save people some money and time with this... I'm pretty dissapointed with this really because everything on the website looked gorgeous! But I really shouldn't have trust the "Free shipping" advertisement.

First of all, shipping cost was never disclosed until you submit payment and by then a $20 shipping charge is automatically added and you can not do anything about it. I was upset but decided to let it go since it was shipping from Korea. However, it's been over a month and I never received my items, no updates either. They claim 7-10 days but this was a lie. Now I don't have my presents that I planned to give out for Christmas and lost my money. Awful and slow service.

I ordered from stylenanda and as some of review said, their service is horrible.
It is very slow. And also shipping is unbelievable.
I purchased $60 worth items. And it was free shipping. And i was told by DHL. I need to pay $40 fees. Wow. Good job Stylenanda.
Im sure there are a lot of customer who complained like us. Well, shouldnt youguys do the something? Changing the carrier? Or whatever?

They just said they mention on their website. And they scared me if i refuse to pay and receive, there will be a chance to i need to pay a lot more extra. And it is not their fault.
