I have purchased some clothes from this store that were good and comfortable. The shipping was by DHL and came within a week to Australia and I didn't have to pay custom fees.
However, I was not careful about one of my purchases and didn't like it. The customer service is bad, they don't make things clear and it's hard to understand them. So, because I did not understand them and did not return it within 3 days of "filing a request" I am no longer allowed to return it.

I was eyeing this store and the model's style for a while and finally decided to buy some clothes from freckle. But the shipping took almost a month. The quality of the clothes are thin and i found out later you can find similar or same items on other korean sites. This shop and their shipping is a huge rip-off. They also stock clothes from other korean stores but mark the price up. And the clothes are only styled and fitted to look good on the model, so when i got it the clothes were so much more bigger and did not look fitted like the model.
