I signed up and answered a few newbie questions to get a few bucks. Then I was put into a different pool with the other members. Kids are trying to get tutors to write a ten page essay for them, and they only want to pay five dollars. There's a dozen tutors bidding on one underpaid question. How am I or any new tutor supposed to compete with them? And I can't get my few bucks because I need fifty to cash out. It's like the system deliberately gets me to answer easy questions for free until I realize there's no way to actually win in this over-saturated website.

For the past year I have been so happy with my academic performance, all thanks to studypool for helping me achieve all my goals academically. I have been tutored by many other people but none of them compare to studypool. They are always willing to help everyday of the week and have always been consistent with their work. I really appreciate their work with both Essay writing and Math. Will be a customer for a long time to come for sure! Keep being awesome studypool!

I contacted study pool over a year ago because I needed help with an assignment. A high school student could have done a better job compared to what I received. I complained and they gave me credit because they do not do refunds. Today I tried to make a payment using my account balance but instead it kept asking for my card. I contacted them and the rep told me that it would automatically use the balance in my account first before charging my card but that they needs a card in file. Behold, they charged my card for the amount when I have almost double the amount in my account balance. Come to find out, same doc is on course hero. Stay away if you can. Course Hero is better.

I have worked at Studypool since 2016 and I'm convinced it's the best online platform for writing services. It's convenient for students who can always count on the availability of competent tutors to meet their academic needs. Tutors are friendly, available, and qualified to answer the questions asked and provide quality services. In terms of dispute, you can always count on the moderators to solve the issue fairly. This I can attest to.

I attempted to become a tutor on this platform and also uploaded some top documents. I thought I did everything correctly and did not miss anything. However, my application was still rejected despite my perfect work. I want to caution others that even if you are a professional and can type well, they may still reject your application or even steal your work. Therefore, I suggest staying away from this platform as it is a waste of time and not worth trying out. Thank you.

I've been a tutor here for the past 5 months- employed back in June- and it has only been upwards from there. I have had the opportunity to feel like im actually helping out my students and feel a sense of gratitude from the CEO and upper management. I have helped over 10 students achieve their writing goals throughout their freshman year of college and have helped 5 other students really enjoy what they hated to do all their life- write. Thank you to the management team as well- they have always brought out the best possible benefits (stock options, 401k, etc)- and the best part- is that I work right from home.

I´m a third-semester BM university student, and this platform has helped me with the most struggling topics. But now this platform become so bad. They don't reply to my query. All of my tutors left the platfrom.

I applied to be a tutor here and I've taught at a private institution, Kumon, other online institutions, and of course I private tutor. I spent hours on perfecting the essay and everything else for the application and when I completed the Knowledge Based Quiz, I was told I was rejected because of "Failure to meet one or more requirements." There was no actual reason why so they could've just randomly denied me. Furthermore, I contacted their support team and below in the photos will be the conversation between a "Moderator" and me. It's quite shocking how useless their support team is and they will definitely only be hearing negative reviews from me (on top of the hundreds of other negative reviews).

I'm looking forward for Studypool to allow their students to video chat with their tutors. It sends me to despair exchange text messages with my tutors -write, wait, reply, wait, reply... I believe that's a fastest way to work along or asking extra questions to the tutor about the X topic, especially when I need a project to be done soon.
4 times user, no problems with a refund I requested (I made a mistake in the payment amount) and no problems with any of the tutors I hired.

First the only answer I got was terrible, but customer service was even worse. It was almost like a greedy owner would not give me a refund. Its not like it was three months later, it was literally the day of the subscription and I did not ask any questions. Would not recommend to anyone. Look ELSEWHERE.

Great site to find quick help at anytime. Found a great number of tutors to help me with some writing assignments. Even though they were in Spanish, many of their tutors are bilingual and their guidance received was astounding.
