I've been dreaming to go to this amazing festival for years, and after many months of saving and preparation I finally got everything aligned to make it to this year's festival in April. But of course, my life is a joke and I can never get my way with things. After being super ready for it, just a couple of days before, realized it conflicted with a deadline for a major paper that represented 30% of my grade on one of my 400 level classes. On October 5,2021, this company withdrew money from my bank account. I've never even heard of them so I emailed them immediately requesting a refund. Today November 8,2021, and they still have not refunded my money. Every time I email them to check the status, I'm told it's being addressed. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this site.

The customer service is good, they're really responsive when you message them, I'm just not sure if it's automated since based on the other comments I get the same responses. I just hope that they give justice to the professionals who took lots of time to construct well made and plagiarism-free essays. Doing three essays is no joke, and it takes hours to perfect them. If they won't accept due to an excess in new tutors, I hope they could at least close the tutor registration. I've been rejected for an excess of new tutors but I wasn't given a clear instruction as to how I can reapply.

I hired a tutor to help me with a calculus problems I didn't understand. I was a first time user back then, so I was unsure about understanding how the whole tutoring dynamic works, but I was desperate to get some help. I have a hard time talking with people, so asking questions via messages was much better for me. Now I also ask questions about biology, chemistry sometimes and look for my first tutor when it comes to calculus' homework- I rather be in the comfort zone.

The commission you are charged depends on your country rather than merit. They charge the most hardworking and committed tutors the highest rates. The partnership program sucks. It is not based on merit.

Do not bother with their Chat function. They respond at their convenience. Algorithms match requestors with providers, not humans and the matches rarely fit. It does not matter if you click a link that supposedly directs you to a prepared solution. You will still get a tutor, not a solution - click bait! Once you are paired with someone, you are stuck with them regardless of competency level. Many tutors misrepresent their capabilities and deliver grossly inferior products. If you are seeking a simple essay, they may be OK but steer clear if you need assistance with anything advanced or complex. They now hold over $100 in my account and will not refund.

After several months working here my experience has been very pleasant. Either you get chosen by the students or their support staff assigns certain students to help. When a student is new, their review has more value. The more badges you earn, this equals getting more and more assignments. My adivice: always be kind even for the upset students and also never bid for a last minute assignment unless you're over 100% confident that you would be able to address it. If not your rating will suffer badly, and most likely it would favor the student. To finish, it has a well established privacy policy, rating system is complex but fair, students pay very well and while others even leave awesome tips, and lastly, support is very kind so it is a very tutor friendly platform.

If you are going for a technical assignment here, do not waste your time. The tutors are extremely poor and do not respond on time. Moreover, the solutions they provide are absolutely incorrect and not in line with the requirement. StudyPool never helps for a refund and simply deny the refund without a valid reason. Either the guys denying refund are blind or simply dumb enough that they do not understand the requirement and fail to compare the requirement and the provided solution.

Do not waste your time. Use other services or try out on your own. You are bound to loose money here.

On my first time trying the website, I uploaded a few old essays from college to sell them and it actually worked out pretty well! For each view my documents got I earned a few bucks. I had my doubts at first, but to be honest it's easy money and you barely have to do anything.
Might try it again soon. Highly recommended!
