I have made a detailed video explaining their scam in details. Here is the video link:

They keep refunding people there money back. So those people get free papers. And free homework done. They always siding with the student. And I have lost about 50 dollars I hate studypool it sucks. If you want to online tutor than go somewhere else
I had a crisis a couple of days ago and I couldn't find time to study for this test and I needed someone to help me with an essay because I didn't understand the subject so I looked for something online I found this website that had this document I could use. So I signed up and made a purchase but it got lost somewhere and I couldn't access it. I asked support and they were nice to give me the docs adn help me find them by myself, the guy was nice about it too. The document was kinda simple but it gave me a good idea for my paper and I finished on time. Overall I liked the site even if it can be a bit tricky and the things are done very quickly which is good when your in a hurry. I will use it again for use.
As a freshman I've been stressing out about my first classes, thank God I found Studypool, so far I've had the help I needed, tutors are really nice and willing to help me out, friendly user website. I like the fact that I get to select the budget and features.
So far a good experience, I will keep on using their services.
I'm a new single mom and it has been hard trying to reinstate back to school while watching a toddler. While struggling to meet the time for some assignments, a friend of mine recommended me to Studypool. I was skeptical at first, the site was not user friendly for me at first, but I reached out to customer service and they guided me through the steps. I was able to pick the categories, and pick my own budget as well. I had an issue at first because I thought they charged me prior to receiving my work, but they I realized I had to select a tutor (and some even would do it for less, and some more) in order for them to begin working on it. The first tutor I worked with was nice, they introduced themselves and explained to me everything I needed to know about my work. They answered my every question, and I was even able to tip them. I also found out I could become a tutor on the site. This would be of great use for some extra diapers. I'm knowledgeable on some subjects and submitted my application. I was able to be approved and worked on some simple assignment, slowly but surely I was able to earn some money and pay for some of my baby's necessities. This is a great tool to get assistance and also earn some side money.
I got some help on a homework. I was a little lost but I asked customer service and they told me how it worked and gave me links on how to use the page. IT was a lot of info but I finally decided to post a test question.
When i posted the question I got to select features. I posted a question for 5$ and with a deadline of 5 hours. A few tutors wanted it but some of them wanted more money. These were "better" tutors I guess, so you actually have to pay for quality.
They delivered the answer and it was good so i posted a bigger question that was handled nicely by the tutor. I would recommend using the private feature since it hides your work from content checkers.
Hopefully, this will be how the site works every time, becuase Ive read really bad reviews. And it wasn't bad at all.
This site screws tutors and students; students can't get refunds for the scam artists that provide poor quality work, and the "tutors" are treated like garbage by the friendly, helpful staff that berate and ignore questions asked. The site is overall pretty unethical, since it's a marketplace for college assignments to be performed by other people. Students outsourcing their assignments pretty much guarantees a new generation of clueless morons in the workplace. Great idea guys.
Lost over $50 to them for a question that was not even answered. They do not issue refunds and the level of English used by their tutors in questionable at best.
I needed to help with few assignments and I found studypool on-line. I only received 2 assignments, but both were low quality... On both I got 70%. Avoid this site at all cost.
I was laid off from my employer about 2 months ago right before my daughter's birthday which we had planned a trip to Maryland. I have 10 years of experience in my field but the worse thing I could do is say yes to the next job offering. I decided to really dig deep this time before committing. My options were extensive, but I did not trust these companies long term. I was in my third week in, and I hadn't had an income since (besides severance, geesh), so I looked for something temporary where I can work from home and at my own pace and found Studypool.
The application process took me less than 30 minutes and I was notified acceptance within 24 hours. I read all the guidelines on how to tutor (which I have never done before) and it suggests that you work with students relevant to your expertise. I did just that. I stuck with the work in which I was confident enough to tackle and I hand picked every bid, at my own time, and set up my own deadlines which allowed me to continue my job searching! I felt so productive as I was establishing an income that I controlled.
About a few days ago I was hired and will start this Monday. I'm so happy that Studypool came in at the right time to help me take a very stressful moment in my life, and made it secure so that I had the funds to take my daughter to Maryland!
I've been dreaming to go to this amazing festival for years, and after many months of saving and preparation I finally got everything aligned to make it to this year's festival in April. But of course, my life is a joke and I can never get my way with things. After being super ready for it, just a couple of days before, realized it conflicted with a deadline for a major paper that represented 30% of my grade on one of my 400 level classes. I immediately researched about people who would do my HW online. And boy did SP deliver, I set up an account and within minutes had people bidding for my assignment. After a day of dialogue with the guy in charge of my HW he gave back an awesome paper with legit sources and certainly no plagiarism.
Needless to say I had the time of my life in April. ;)
SO I only work part-time at a coffee shop, and I spend the rest of my time in school - part time sucks with minimum wage (6.50 for small employers). I started making money the first week at Studypool (~$200 in 2 days) - I literally helped students with their assignments and made sure I submitted everything on time and did my best; I used my school vacations to squeeze in more time since my job currently doesn't hire full-time employees. I like the site and any questions I've had are answered quickly (I love the little IM on the side so I can reach customer service instantly) - I do recommend it HIGHLY as it helped me (and continues to help me) pay off a few things I owe.
Do not use it! This is the really poor quality site. I paid for the answer and did not get it... As a result, deadline is about to expire... Waste of time... Very dissapointed... Will leave the negative feedback as much as I can! In contrast, other websites provide answers immediately...
Studypool is legit website. Personally this is one of my favorite online tutoring sites that Ive reviewed. I really like that theres so much protection on getting paid and that payments are easy. The cut that StudyPool takes isnt too bad, but it could be lower. If youre a good tutor StudyPool does give you the tools to be successful, build repeat customers, and make some decent money tutoring in your free time. I have to say that I recommend StudyPool if youre a tutor.
Half of the information provided was incorrect. I submitted information requested by Emma and today, 13 days later I have not received a follow up email or my money back as they promise. Emma requested a print screen and proof of the grade and I emailed everything. I also included a copy of the information provided by Studypool and sent a copy of the corrected work (graded F 50%). They promise a money refund if the customer is not satisfied with the product. I would understand having 20% of the work wrong, but not half. I read other reviews that mention Emma and I am starting to think they are automated messages and not a real person.
Half the people on this site are from Nigeria. I used to work in the industry so I know. Don't waste your time. They will also not refund you.

Despite paying for the paper the writer claimed the paper as his since the company refused to release his payment.
