They keep refunding people there money back. So those people get free papers. And free homework done. They always siding with the student. And I have lost about 50 dollars I hate studypool it sucks. If you want to online tutor than go somewhere else
So many people complain that you can't find good quality tutors online but studypool actually delivers. Sure, it might not be the best tutors ever, but it get the job done when you need help right away and don't want to spend your life savings
I have been working as a tutor with Studypool for almost 2 years now. I am really sad to say that this company has no respect at all for tutors; when a student leaves an unfair rating, they side with the student and do not even read the tutor's explanation or take it into consideration.

I started academic writing way back in 2012 and at one point I was frustrated by some academic sites that treat writers like prisoners with no rights to an extent that I almost gave up on my passion for writing. However, a friend introduced me to Studypool and amazingly I passed the their test and was warmly welcomed. Ever since my first job I have felt appreciated, receive my payment on time and the moderator for withdraw is the fairest of them all. Long live Studypool.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with their services. Though the tutor has great knowledge in the subject matter, what's disappointing was the connection during our online meeting. My time was wasted from the line that was on and off, and maybe only had 30 minutes of the meeting instead of 1 hour. It would've been ok if they gave me a discount since I was not able to fully utilize the 1 hour session. But my request just went to trash I guess since I didn't get a reply.
Teh new school year has given me more than what I can handle throughout the week and I sometimes have to seek help from other tutors- I think question should be better distributed for tutors all around. I currently have 7 students I am working with right no and feel pretty overwhelmed.

Very good site. I used it to buy some study notes and then found out that if I upload my notes I can get free academic essays. The bank of notes (the repository) has a lot of content from different universities, really useful right

This site screws tutors and students; students can't get refunds for the scam artists that provide poor quality work, and the "tutors" are treated like garbage by the friendly, helpful staff that berate and ignore questions asked. The site is overall pretty unethical, since it's a marketplace for college assignments to be performed by other people. Students outsourcing their assignments pretty much guarantees a new generation of clueless morons in the workplace. Great idea guys.
Most tutors are good But god for bed you get a bad paper and need to withdrawal. Valid withdrawal requests are not processed within the time frame indicated on the site. Further more when contacting support time is stretched out and simply being ran around in circles with being in cue.
This is clearly a scam, at least for the tutors. I believe what they must do is get you to answer some of their student questions, and sell the answers. I in no way mean to sound arrogant, but I have a B. A., M. A., and J. D. The only reason I'm applying is because I'm currently a stay at home mom with a special needs child. I even doubted my writing capacity, and ran my answers by two attorney friends, and they corroborated, that they were well thought-out, comprehensive answers.
Everytime I have an issue, the customer support team is super helpful. They get back to me quickly and work things out for me. They even make recommendations on how I can pick better tutors for my questions.
I love the customer service! They are available 24/7 and very helpful! I also like how they pay easily after I withdrew my hard-earned money for the first time. It's a good part-time job for somebody who needs income! If you want to be a tutor, you should try StudyPool!

I discovered Studypool a few months ago and have been working for them ever since. It is easy to apply (when you're good at writing and have some knowledge about history, languages, maths etc) and get work and you can choose which work you want to do. They have small tasks and larger tasks which earn you more money. I'd definitely recommend the website and have not had any bad experiences with them.

Tutors are segregated into Whites (whom they call partners; all from U.S., Europe and a few Asian countries) and Blacks with the latter being paid 10% less and allocated less work. It is a disgrace of a company that should not have a place at this age and time. Its website should be banned.
