Terrible customer service just followed the book for the excuse that's provided to telephone sales

No problems, suit was delivered satisfactory and in a timely manner

I got a suit jacket from Studio Suits for my wedding and it is perfect! Fits great. Looks great. PROBLEM: the pants. I took and supplied my measurements and the pants came back unwearable. The rise was totally wrong and I couldn't get them up to anywhere close to my waist (maye they assumed I didn't have a crotch or behind?). Everything else was fine. Just the rise.

After more than a week of back and forth with customer support, I was told I'd have to reorder, but they gave me a 30 dollar coupon. Yay. Thanks. Still was going to cost 100 dollars and I had no choice as I wanted a matching pant for my wedding. To ensure I wouldn't have any problemes, I went to two professional tailors for my measurements to make sure my second order worked. I particularly wanted to make sure the rise measurements were accurate. Both tailors had the same measurements that my fiancee had for me. I supplied these numbers with the new order. The result? Not good...but at least I can put the pants on and keep them up...barely. So that's a win? Again, the waist, length, etc were correct, but the rise was bad again. I seriously don't know what else I couldve done. Two tailors and my fiancee measured everything and still StudioSuits couldn't get it right.

In summary: their jackets are fantastic. I'd order again. Pants? You'd have to put a gun to my head to go with StudioSuots ever again. If you have a special event you need a suit for - I'd shop local. The headaches you could have with StudioSuits isn't worth the good-on-paper prices.

I love how everything is organized and you're able to get the exact fit for what you need, but make sure you know your sizes, shipping speed was expected

These pants do not fit well. They seem to have been made for a very skinny person - not someone who is muscular.

This store and it's customer service and quality is great. I have already bought 2 coats from them and they fit perfectly without any need for adjustment. Just unpack from the shipping box and wear!

No good fit, despite the correct measurements, cheap fabrics and very expensive import tax.

It was a little startling as they are stationed in India, but the suit came around the expected date.

I am unhappy with the quality and sizing of the suits. I reached out to customer service to discuss the possibility of a return and they informed me that I was not eligible for one. I will reach out to my credit card company and see if they can help me get compensation for the items we cannot use.

It was an inexpensive suit and the fit and quality showed. I got the one use out of it I needed. It is more of a costume suit than anything else. I would not buy this suit if you are building a wardrobe.

Really pleased with jacket and service everything went smoothly from order to delivery

The pants didn't fit. I will order another pair with revised measurements

Runs much too tight in the chest (I can't even button it) and uncomfortably narrow inside the sleeves. A beautiful pattern but far too small and very uncomfortable. For the money, I expected better.
