Easy process all the way through. Only issue is it took a little bit longer than the lead time on the website and the suit came smaller than expected. Had to have it tailored to fit.
Suit fit well, no alterations need. Feels high quality
The order process is straightforward. However there is a simple warning of possible customs, with no clarification of shipping origin nor any help in calculating the extra costs. In the end was an extra £40
The quality of the materials and tailoring was solid for the price—not exceptional—but the sizes described were badly off. I needed to have the waist and length tailored, adding to my overall cost. Based on this one experience, I will not order from here again.

Ordering this suit was extremely easy. There were pictures for me to follow when doing the measurements so I felt confident I was measuring my fiancé correctly.

So many options; Fabrics, styles for suits. For any occasion.
NOT A SUMMER SUIT. Sizing was easy. Took over 3 weeks. Does not fit my arms. Something is off.
After purchasing the suit there were instructions to have the ability to submit measurements. There was nothing apparent to me or a pop up that allowed such submission. I then had to create a profile and submit there but by then it was several days after purchase day. To couple unclear guidance, in the time of confusion the Mint green suit sold out. Also in this time, I was emailing back and forth with Bryan however response times were at times more than 48hrs.
Please advise some mainstreaming of UX/UI and I understand reps may other obligations but they need to do their best to respond within 48 hours to build better clientele relationships.

Great and easy and pretty quick. I was truly impressed with the quality of the suit.
I think I measured correctly (I had two people do it) and it was still small and short. But bearable
The shipping information is not as accurate, it took more than 2-3wks. I needed to send an email in order to get my shipment send out on time. But once it was sent it came not long after. I'm in Southern ON Canada and the duties cost $40.
The material but the fit is only adequate. I still need to have adjustments made in the width of her pant leg.
As described previous. Feel like I was sold something that wasn't what it claimed to be. Also be prepared to wait. 4-6 weeks is realistic
Material and core fit were good, knew pants needed hemmed, but sleeves were different lengths (off by nearly and inch)
