This is my first booking, but I was unsure since there are 2 studentuniverse sites, and reviews on various websites mentioned bad service. However, up until now, everything seems fine.
I was surprised this actually worked to get a ticket for $25. I'm happy that I was able to be one of the first 1000 people to get one of these tickets.

Good customer service not a scam site may add charges for unexpected changes or add ons but if youre set on your plans it can be cheaper here
Relatively easy and simple to find and book tickets with all fees already included in what is shown. Knowing why some of the fees are so high would be nice.

I can't travel with my parents from LAX to Tokyo on 12/11/2024 because i have final exams till 12/13. But I could not find a phone number to call to cancel
I could get an affordable ticket through this website even I booked it not to far from the depart day. However, sometimes the information about luggage is not transparent and the website is lagging.
The reason for my 4 review is that I booked a flexible ticket and when I found a better deal on a different ticket And I called in and I waited over an hour and still no one picked up the phone to change my ticket and it was to late 😭
1) please restor function for flexibe dates reservation.
2) since last year every experience give somesort of truble. It was not like before. Before it was perfect. Now below any expectations.
It was so easy to sign up with StudentUniverse and get automatic discounts. I was able to book my flight for study abroad for SO cheap and so easily! Everything is confirmed with the airlines! I saved around $600 compared to buying through direct airlines. Epic!
I was looking for a ticket for about a month and the prices were quite high, happy to have found a reasonably priced ticket with a short layover.
I want to cancel my flight. But when I called, no one answered.
