I try to refund, but I don't know where it is. Also my friends didn't get any tickets, but he paid twice. Please fix it this kind of problem.
It was my first time booking a flight and l was loss in how to do it but StudentUniverse guide me and help me in the hold process and now l feel much comfortable and confidence that next time will be easier to book a vacation or business flight.
I've searched all over for a way to contact them and I've called 7 different numbers for their customer service none of which work that is absolutely unacceptable

I purchased tickets for a trip to Hawaii in February of 2025. When I checked out, the tickets were 280 and some odd amount, I agreed to this. I logged into my account after purchasing the tickets and there was an error page, with a charge of 529.25, which is almost double the original cost.
I then repeated, after seeing this no longer existed for some reason and was fine
I finally received my booking and confirmed it on the site of the airline

My Bf tried getting the deal to join me and he was stuck loading after being let in. Called and put on hold. Emailed and got no answer and tickets ended up selling out. This sale is a mess

I had a smooth experience buying my tickets on StudentUniverse and redeeming a discount code on my purchase. I purchased roundtrip tickets to and from Barcelona and am planning on expanding my travel experience in Europe. I was unable to find any open-ended return date flights, but I am looking forward to my planned dates abroad!
I found student universe on a google search for flights, I found that the flights were well priced and the flights times are convenient. Good communication, I received my flight details and receipts in a timely matter.

One of the poor customer support I have ever seen,don't recommend to anyone,I called and emailed them throughout the weeks and even continuously calling for 2 hours from different numbers,never got any reply on either emails and call.so bad agency,not worthy at all,so refrain from booking
