One of the worst experiences. I had confirmed booking but once reached at Airport I found out that Booking is canceled

Overall experience has been great, though I was a bit upset by the fact that I am not eligible for the student discount despite being a student right now, since I am older than the threshold age i.e. 24. I really liked the interface and the calendar layout depicting prices on the respective dates.
My concern was during the confirmation of booking, as the amount was debited from my account but the loader was taking far too long on the website.
I received confirmation as soon as I booked! Easy process from start to finish!

Was great thank you. Easy to see the flights and filter the products. The layovers and cities were well placed. Wish I could book seats and business however.
I would not recommend booking with student universe, and do not purchase the insurance/"premium support". They charge extra and keep you on hold for HOURS. They also mention "cancellation refund" on their insurance but later claim your ticket is non-refundable (even if you cancel 7 days in advance) WOULD NOT USE THIS AGAIN. Disappointed!

I am grateful for StudentUniverse. With three students in college, they have come through in a clutch for me, and my family several times. They are legitimate, flights are affordable, and the customer care is stellar!
I had a little challenge in checking in after booking the flight on your platform but i later contacted your customer service and the explain to me to wait for a minimum of 72 hour to receive my E-ticket.
So I am still waiting for my E-ticket

I decided to take the leap to try to get a $25 ticket while actually thinking that I probably wouldn't get one. I lucked out the first 2 days but was successful the 3rd day. After getting in, the purchase process was pretty seamless. The system was not sluggish and moved through everything pretty quick. Had an issue with getting my seat purchase process but was still worth it as I will be receiving a refund and was still able to purchase my desired seat directly with the airline. Would definitely do this again!
After some research, there are no direct flights to my destination. Student Universe made it really easy to plan the best combination of flights for me at a low rate.

Worst! Customer service I ever had they're not even responding to my calls or emails it's been 2 weeks I have been trying to reach them out but still no response from them. Please avoid booking flights from this website. It's pretty terrible!
The website was easy to navigate, and signing up was not difficult. The waiting in line was expected and I was notified when the site entered me in line. The area where card information needed to be inputted was small and easily looked over until I was notified I could not move into the next step. Window for scrolling on part for card information needs to be bigger
