I am a consistent student universe customer, but the site has not been loading these past few weeks and it makes it near impossible to find tickets. After 3 tries I was able to book my trip but 3 days later the app still won't load to show my tickets.
This place had the single worst customer service I have ever received. I simply wanted to change a flight and I had to spam call, wait on hold for hours on end, reach out to my school for a better student universe contact, overall just a nightmare for the last couple weeks. I emailed twice and never heard back. When I finally got ahold of someone she was super rude to begin with, then charged me 665 dollars to change my flight. An extra 140 dollars for the "student universe services", yeah amazing service. I'm a student i'm not going to go out of my way to write reviews. Just be warned when you book with student universe.
I waited each day for the $25 flight drop and on the 4th day got lucky! Once in the site, it was easy to navigate and I was grateful to see that the flights actually were that cheap. Now I'll be able to go home for Christmas whereas before I wasn't sure because the flights were over $500. Thank you Student Universe and Amazon!
It was little bit long for a wait line, but it was worth it. I would do it again, 100% if this deals comes every winter and summer break for college students.
But I have 1 slight problem with my account, I can log-in with same email and password on my desktop, but somehow the app has a problem with my log-in, and I don't want to change it just in case something goes wrong for my "upcoming trip". It would be convenience to use the app on the airport instead of my desktop. That would be deeply appreciated if someone can send me a feedback and fix it.

I was already anxious of not getting one of the $25 flights but it was a pleasant experience. There were no crashes in the system when waiting in line and I was able to even look at the flight times before even checking out. The website kept getting refreshed and when it was time to finally choose the flight it was all straight forward from start to finishing the purchase

Be aware the mid night 1am or afternoon 1pm. I made a mistake but it was so great that the ticket was free of charge to cancel within 24 hours!
Student universe collaborated with Amazon and I was lucky enough to get a $25 ticket to go home and see my family for Christmas! I haven't been home in almost 2 years so this was so exciting for me. Really a holiday treat!
It is very easy to book flights. The app is easy to navigate and everything is quick. I get my information as soon as I book a trip.
I used the prime deal but instead of getting a 25$ flight as it was advertised everywhere i only got 25$ off. I'm glad for the discount but the advertising of the deal should have been more clear the the 25$ flights was domestic only.

I purchased tickets via Student Universe. I received confirmation numbers for both Student Universe and the Airlines but for some reason the Airlines the tickets are with do not show I have tickets. The confirmation numbers I received from Student Universe are not in the airlines system.
One star is overrated, and I would have given them -5 if I have the option.
Don't get me wrong, if nothing happens to your flight, this site is a good comparison tool, and I booked a ticket through them before and nothing went wrong (like a normal experience you will expect).
However, this time when my flight schedule was changed and I need to reschedule, I learned my lesson. First off, the customer service has an insane long wait time -- if you are not calling them 6 in the morning, you are looking at 45 minutes min waiting time.
Secondly, I had a schedule change from the airline, so I called them to reschedule. It took me like 5 calls and a whole month to give me an alternative. AND, what is more insane is that they never followed up after I confirmed their proposed change! So I have to re-rescheduled because the reschedule no longer work. Okay now I thought I finally rebooked my flight. Then I found out that neither that is confirmed because I spontaneously checked my flight status on the airline website and I couldn't find my reservation. This is in a span of four months! FOUR F**king months and I can't even count the number of hours I wasted on the phone! I am now 2 weeks out from my travel date for a flight I book half a year ago, and actively solving the re-re-reschedule for 4months, and I am still not sure if I can travel.
As of today the only response I got is they are still checking with the airlines to see what option I could have LMAO!
I tried to contact so many times, waited on calls for hours and hours no one picked up. Nobody responded to my emails even though I bought premium service. I am giving three stars because booking went through easily
