The booking process is very user friendly, just simply entering travelers information and payment information.
I had to cancel my original flights and book new ones and was told that I would be sent an itemized reciept. I wasn't. So I emailed asking for one and instead they sent me a receipt of the original purchase and charged me ten dollars for their "service". Then I emailed again asking very clearly for an itemized receipt of the cancelation fees, charges,and what I was refunded but they never answered me. Booking my flights both times was straightforward and easy but I still can't get a receipt for my refund.
They were super helpful and the issue was resolved.
I appreciate your service for traveling, when something happens and needing to get from point A to point B.
