I participated in all 5 days of this special, and got access to the $25 dollar tickets on 3 of those days. I finally got the ticket on Friday, but on Wednesday and Thursday, every time I went to purchase the ticket, the option to put in my payment information was not available. I thought it would transition to another checkout page for payment but it just turned a lighter shade of blue and never let me through until the request timed out. The way that I finally got it to show was by trying 4 different internet platforms and when the sale started, only one showed an area for card info. Would recommend looking into this next year! Super thankful that you guys do this and it really is helping me this holiday season!
If I had to describe my experience, I would say that it was a very welcoming and great one.
I looked at the same flight on Aer Lingus' website and it was $100 cheaper on student universe.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. My flight was canceled just three hours before departure due to an error in their system that failed to process my payment—despite receiving full confirmation, including valid reference numbers. This was a clear failure on their part, yet I was left to deal with the consequences.
Upon arriving at the airport, I spent 45 minutes on hold trying to reach customer support. When I finally got through, the representative was unhelpful, unwilling to assist, and offered no resolution. Instead, they remained silent on the call, leaving me with no choice but to hang up in frustration.
This experience was completely unacceptable, and I cannot recommend their services. A company that operates with such poor systems and customer support fails to meet even the most basic standards of reliability and professionalism. I will not be using their services again.
We were looking for a quick flight to FL for spring break but everything was too expensive. I heard about their business thru the Amazon 25$ flight deal, and it turns out they offer some discounts during the regular season too! It was super easy to book and I had my confirmation from the airline in less than a day.
I had an easy time navigating my search for flights with Student Universe. I was looking for flights that was more than 20 hours of travel time and I was very concerned about time of arrival and time zone differences but the website provided the information I needed to make sure I know exactly when I would be heading out and arriving to my destination. I like the different settings and other airline comparisons, they helped me figure out the best option for me!

For certain situations, waiting time was more than 15 minutes which is quite irritating. Also, I would suggest provide more information related to Transit visas associated with particular flight route or in general.

I feel secure to book flights with Student Universe. I assume the selections of flights are safe (airbuses' conditions, securities, etc) and connecting flight schedules and situations are promised.
You may be good at what you do. But to expect people to give a review of atleast 50 words is diabolical and wrong from your side if you ask me. Even people with good opinion would find this exhausting and irritating. Thanks

I got my ticket through the Amazon Prime $25 discount and I am very thankful 🙏 but if I had to speak on the website itself, I would say it lacks customization options such as price tracker, open date ranges to choose from if unsure about the day you want to travel, etc. Overall my experience was okay given that the line for the promo didn't tell you your place in line so it can be really frustrating. Waiting in the queue for a few hours for the $25 promo was confusing at times; it would crash, reload, or sometimes not even load. I somehow managed to get back in each time, and was fortunate enough to be selected to purchase a ticket! Once my ticket was purchased I had trouble receiving and finding the confirmation numbers. But I simply went to the website of the flight company (Jetblue) and typed in the code I received and finally saw that they, too, recognized I was flying with them. So everything worked out! One thing I may recommend for future promotions similar to this, is when in the queue, some sort of indication such as a spot in line or amount of tickets left would be helpful.
