Such overreach in the documents you ask. For such a benign reason of booking tickets for a family member. Never had that with any other OTA.
Hi Chandrika, sorry you felt that way. We ask for extra documents in order to provide our customers as well as the card holders. Since the passenger and the card holder are not the same person, we have to verify it is the card holder that authorizes the transaction. We do not ask for all the sensitive info; we simply would like to verify the information provided matches what has been put in the booking. Thanks for your understanding.
The prices were super student-friendly, and figuring out information about bags and carryons was easy
This booking went well, but I had another booking that didn't go through so i had to find a different flight. Costumer service was good though.
I will say that overall, my first time experience with student universe has been great and no difficulties along the way.
