I booked student discount option and once I added all information discount price disappeared and actual price deducted from my card.
When I booked flight on StudentUniverse site, flight ticket price was $124.97. But after booking I was charged 137.96.
Good experience but too some time for the flight confirmation so I was a little anxious but it was ok in th end for the flight confirmation!

The site was overwhelmed so I understand, but it was kind of annoying to have to keep reopening the website. But once it worked, it was great.

The booking had a little issue with confirming my card, after calling the office another card was presented and the booking was confirmed thereafter.
I received my booking and my birthday was wrong. I called immediately and you said I would have to pay to change it. That is wrong.

Smooth experience. The flight tickets were quite cheap but the same price as on the airlines website. However, the insurance was quite cheap.

Since the promotion discount was fully funded by StudentUniverse, not the airlines, customers would have to pay for the full price directly to the airlines for ticketing, and then StudentUniverse would refund the discount.
