Whenever I have faced difficulty with my flights, Student Universe has jumped in to be very accommodating and helpful.

Why student universe charged me 62 dollars but it charged 78 dollars in my bank account
We had been searching for a one way return trip from Paris to Minneapolis. We used frequent flyer miles to get to Europe, but pay for returns were so expensive. At first prices weren't too bad on other sites, but the options almost always went through LHR. That is too difficult an airport for us to navigate. We came across the StudentUniverse website & it offered both decent prices and an option through Dublin, an airport we use often & on AerLingus of which we are frequent flyers. It was a win-win, so we booked. The only thing I didn't realize was the $50. Fee to join StudentUniverse. Perhaps I didn't read carefully enough & I hope this trip goes smoothly.

The only thing that I would suggest adding in the page, is the option to add more destinations for the multi-city option, I was only able to look flights for 2 destinations, and I was expecting to look for 3 at the same time. Overall a good experience.
The discount was very intriguing compared to other websites, but I noticed that the cost of adding luggage increased after applying the discount, effectively negating the discount's benefit. It would be preferable if the discount didn't result in higher luggage fees.

My initial attempt to purchase a ticket was unpleasant since a seemingly perfect ticket doubled in price in the cart after I had gone through the process of detailing my flight :/
I have good experience so far. Even though I have received booking confirmation, I still haven't got the e-ticket yet.

Hi Ngoc, we saw you used a promo code. The promotion discount will be refunded to your payment card as another transaction. Since the promotion discount was fully funded by StudentUniverse, not the airlines, customers would have to pay for the full price directly to the airlines for ticketing, and then StudentUniverse would refund the discount.
