The price of the flight was excellent and booking process was very easy and convenient. Also the app is very nice. I will use this service next time.
I thought that SU would be able to provide student pricing much lower or even slightly lower than booking through a normal website or directly from the Airlines. It is not the case. The prices are the same.
Also, once ticket is paid is not possible to do any modifications to the reservation unless we contact you by email or phone.
Very worst and they loot money. They'll never refund if you want to cancel reservations on any kind of emergencies.
I had no issue booking these flights and I loved the price.
This is the worst experience I've ever had on a plane and with an airline. My flight has gotten pushed back about 5 times now. I was supposed to land at 1:35 now i'm not supposed to land until 7:30. This is the most unorganized horrible airline in the world. I will never fly with this again.

I do wish that the booking confirmation gave me the QR code for my tickets or brought me directly to my different airlines check in sites instead it's just the flight booking number and I have to log in to each individual airline carrier site and put in the code to find my flight info

I received my booking and my birthday was wrong. I called immediately and you said I would have to pay to change it. That is wrong.
