Rates are awesome, Customer service was friendly and assisted greatly.
I was routed from Kayak to the StudentUniverse site and was able to book a flight for less money on a good airline. I was skeptical and googled the site for potential "scams" but it's legit. We bought a flight and we were able to call them to make sure we got the ticket issued so we could buy a seat. The reservation did not enable us to pick a seat at the time of purchase.
I have been charged extra $ without any prior notification
The booking process is easy and options close to your date are shown in a chart, which give a great visual for seeing date and pricing option. My ticket was confirmed and emailed right away, I'm glad to have found StudentUniverse.

I have always had good experiences booking with Student Universe, and this was another example. I was looking for a multi-city flight and was able to compare possible destinations and travel dates easily on the website. The choice I finally settled on was both substantially less expensive than other options I considered on Student Universe and other travel websites (including those of the airlines themselves), and the schedules were also the most convenient.
