I ordered a phone from them a month or so ago, as my phone died. A week ago I contacted customer service, via chat, to inquire about the order, because it kept being delayed. I was even willing to change my order to another phone, if they could tell me what was in stock. The support person said I should "rest assured, the phone will be delivered by the 14th, the phones are back in stock..." Yeah, right... Well, today is the 14th and this morning I got yet another email that the expected date is the 18th-19th. No thanks, I am without a phone, and have been so for over a month now! So, I cancelled the order, and immediately I got an email that said "Thank you for your google store order, we're sorry it has been delayed bla bla bla... but if you prefer to cancel you can edit it on your order history page..." WTF! I checked again, to be SURE I had cancelled it, and took a screenshot of the "cancelled" order, just in case. I get it that there are supply chain issues right now, but honestly... I get the feeling that with this store the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing! Why string a customer along for 6 weeks? Just tell me the truth! I ordered a different phone from Amazon, and it will be here in 3 days. I won't shop here again, the air must be really bad in Mountain View, CA or something... sheesh!

First, Pixel 6pro was by Far my Biggest disappointment in a new phone. Second, GoogleFi is Not what it claims to be and & $72 is definitely too high for Consumer Cellular & T-Mobile towers! Without the ability to "switch between towers" (as advertised) Fi is Atrocious! Third and hands down Worst is their "customer service" IF it can be called that.
Pixel 6 Pro is Junk & I ordered a S22 ultra through Google Store: 1st order I cancelled (fold z 4)because while waiting for google to verify my order... I got Nothing! $1600 & google does not send order confirmation?!? WHAT? EbayAmazon WalMart... Literally Every Purchase at even $2.00 made online will notify you when payment is made. What gives w google? Lazy? So I called my bank to guarantee this charge did not & will not go through. I then talked to google support & they said if I order again I will get confirmation, payment notification & it will be shipped within 24hrs NOPE! Another $1012 payment & all I got was Order confirmation. 4 talks w customer support & Still Nothing! Called my bank again & payment has went through but Zero from google. I Also paid for expedited shipping, Should Have Been 3 Days... I ordered this Last Friday & it is Now Wed & the phone has Not even been shipped!
Worst customer service, slow, inconsiderate, out-dated systems w/an up-to-date ego, Highly Misleading & a Very High Price for the Lowest Quality Tower Service
I'm Running From Google... straight talk gives verizon towers at 45$, Verizon at $70... Bye Google

I want to begin by saying Google customer service is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. EVER.
First I will tell you that you will NEVER get anything resolved through the foreign ran services who REFUSE to let people talk to supervisors, not that it matters because it's so outsourced that there is a severe language barrier. Just for the record if you say you can't understand people they will HANG up on you with zero accountability. They have free reign to say or do as they like with us.

This all began with a android 14 update. Surprisingly it destroyed my phone. No 5g capabilities, no text, email nothing could be done on the phone.

Google finally owns it and agreed to send me a brand new phone. Which they didn't and sent a refurbished phone that barely functioned and would just freeze if I so much as looked at my photos or scrolled through texts it freezes.

At this point I've had enough. I've purchased 6 devices, 3 sets of pixel buds, a pixel book go Chromebook, and a pixel watch. It's safe to say this former Super Fan enjoyed all there was to offer until customer service had to get involved.

Now after I have argued with Google for over 14 days they have agreed to give me my money back in a full refund as it stated in their email.

Now that I've exhausted every means to compromise with these unprofessional people who have done everything they can to inconvenience me from saying my refund would take 14 days instead of the normal 7 to 10 business days.

So finally after arguing more about how once again I (the consumer) can go 14 days without a device but they get their money immediately upon purchases but we can't have our money back in an acceptable 7 business day time frame. I finally just said forget it this isn't worth it just process the refund.

Now the refund process has changed again to make my life more difficult than it already was. They REFUSED to give me a full refund.

I received an email from the SAME rep now I'm only authorized store credit of 500 and I can have 236 dollars of my money back and that's it.

Talk about a slap in the face with a middle finger.

What an absolute joke. This is how consumers are pushed to stop using your products and go to competitors. Which I really don't have any choice at this point but to discontinue the use and purchase of Google products.

As a consumer you should steer clear if you can in my opinion.

Be aware! Google NEVER ship the order.

I order a new Samsung Galaxy S22 (For Google Fi) from the Google Store, Google create a shipping label but never send the order, the support people don't give me any solution, is frustrating.

Order supposed to arrive July 25-26 but the tracking number shows that Google only create a shipping label but never shipped the order.

I placed an order for a Google Pixel 6 shortly after its release with a guaranteed delivery date prior to Thanksgiving. I could track the order and could see delivery was postponed. Then it was postponed again. So I finally called to see what was up, and when I could expect delivery.

After about 45 minutes I was disconnected. So, I called back and had to wait another 30-40 minutes before getting a live person. The first person I got on the phone was simply a gatekeeper with a script and was of little help. After going around in circles with him, being put on hold numerous times, and spending another good 45 minutes, I finally asked for a supervisor. I was then told there were no supervisors available, but that one would call me back within 24 hours.

Now, I began this process just trying to find out what was going on, and instead, the Google people didn't seem to be able to provide any answers and instead provide zero "customer support" at all. I mean, a lot of my job entails customer service, so I'm usually pretty patient when dealing with customer service myself, but their lack of empathy and inability to provide any type of true customer support was astonishing. After all, this is Google - a multi-billion dollar company, and their customer service was horrible.

I was put on hold so many times, and for so long, I assume Google's game plan was to wear me down and cause me to give up. Unfortunately for them, that tactic only made me more determined to get a resolution. And while I was on hold I was able to find a Pixel 6 at Best Buy, for less money available for me to pick up the following day.

So, when I finally did get somebody who seemed to know what they were doing. I asked for a price match - they offer a "price match guarantee"! They declined to honor their price match guarantee for some bull$#*! excuse. They refused to cancel my order with them because it was in process. Finally, they gave me an absolute guarantee that the phone and phone case would be delivered no later than a specific date.

By the end of the several-hour-long ordeal, I had purchased the Pixel 6 from BestBuy at a lower price and ordered a case from Amazon. The phone I picked up the following day, and the case arrived a couple of days later. On December 6 the phone finally arrived from Google - a week past their guaranteed delivery date. And the case I purchased from Google arrived on the 9th.

Last night I secured the return docs and placed both in the mail to be returned to their mother ship.

Oh, something to keep in mind, if you order from Google. Their return policy is much more restrictive than Amazon's. So, if you plan to buy a phone or other such item from Google directly as a gift, just be aware the deadline for return is much shorter!

I like their phones, but their customer service sucks!

Monopolistische behandeling, wij zijn google en wij doen dit! Schuilen achter protocollen, en eigenlijk word er iemand betaald om voor te lezen van de webpagina. Staat je vraag er niet tussen word er een "specialist ingeschakeld" waarvan de enige taak is om NEE te zeggen op elk verzoek. Waar ze je dan rustig een half uur op laten wachten. Zelfs een probleem als een missend huisnummer zoen ze niet sturen ze op. En je kunt bellen mailen wat je wil maar er word niks gedaan "want het staat toch goed". Maandenlang laten ze je wachten (half oktober besteld en half december nog niks ontvangen). Geen oplossing die word geboden behalve nog een keer betalen en bidden op je held retour wat gezien de levering (niet meer op voorraad) nog wel weer weken zal gaan duren. Wat een bedrijf het enige wat mij te boven schiet is de volgende quote "door klachten over service, verlenen wij geen service meer.

I bought a google nest and put in my new address and they still shipped it to my old address. Contact support and they just say sorry there's nothing we can do. So basically I'm out of my money and nothing to show for it because they did not ship it to my address that I asked them to ship it to.
