ZERO STARS GIVEN

Ordered a Google pixel 7 pro and never received the product. Fought with them and Fedex for 5 months with no result except your paying for the product or it will go against your credit. I've purchased 5 products from the google store and never had a issue before now and they won't even attempt to help. They state it's Fedex's fault and I call Fedex and they tell me all they need is for google to file a claim and Fedex will refund the money. Nope Google wont budge. I will never buy a google product again

Terrible

Honestly the worst online order experience I've had. Ordered two pixel 7 phones with cases and accessories in November 2023. Trade in kit never arrived despite 3 calls to Google (currently Jan 30). Customer service reps are useless in that all they do is filter your request up to a "product specialist" and you need to explicitly agree to sharing your information for that request. Sent in 2 cases for return, mailed them out, checked a week later to find out that my return had been canceled and they're holding cases and my money. Wouldn't bother with Google devices or products again, just not worth it until they figure out how to process orders.

Avoid Trade In

Upgraded to a Pixel 7 pro based on the fact I would receive £140 trade in value. I sent the old phone away which was in excellent condition.

The trade is was rejected based on the fact that the phone had a damaged body. This was simply untrue. As the purchase of the Pixel is outside the returns window I cannot return the phone.

My recommendation would be to avoid PCS and the Google store trade in. It's a pity as the Pixel is a great phone but the experience has left a bitter taste.

TRADE IN

I recently purchased a pixe 7 phone and traded i a pixel 5 for which the store indicated in the appropriate condition would release a refund up to £200. The phone sent in met all the condition parameters on the store site and despite this Google only refunded £90. I tried to challenge this with Google but they refused to review.
I would not recommend the trade in process with Google as better value can be realised elsewhere

This has been the craziest customer service experience of my life. I purchased >$100 of items (e.g., phone case) in October 2022. Was supposed to arrive within 5-10 days. However, 3 months later, it still hasn't arrived. The status has said "shipped" ever since October, but according to the tracking #, the package never left the facility (in other words, it's very clear that I never received my package - there is no question that it's still at the facility). I have called customer service 5 times - they tell me that they will "escalate" the issue, but then do nothing. I have used the chat function - they say they can't help me. I have emailed them at least 5 times - they say they are "looking into it" and required that I give them access to all my Google accounts and devices first (I only ordered a phone case and charger - not a phone - why do they need access?!). I finally heard back today - they decided to give me a $25 Google store credit but no refund (even though I paid over $100!). And of course this means I'd have to shop at the Google store. This seems fraudulent - never ever shop at the Google store.

Never trust Google

What a joke. Traded-in two phones, one Google Pixel 6 Pro 512G and LGV60 Thinkq 5G, for Google Pixel 7 Pro 256G and Pixel 6a. And what a cluster$#*!. The trade-in kits took over three weeks to receive. With no communication whatsoever about the timing of their arrival. Then after finally receiving, it immediatly processed the returns through USPS as instructed. Then another 10 days for processing of the credit to my Google store account. Credit application processing is 3-5 business days, but they far exceeded. So $750 of trade-in credit remains in limbo! WTF?
Never again!

Trust all the reviews here and never buy anything from Google Store... They have an awful customer service. Zero customer satisfaction and noone cares to maintain loyal customers.
Especially never pre-order a product from Google. Wait for other retailers to order, you will get the best deal and customer service for sure. I wish I bought my phone from amazon or BestBuy.
As a loyal Google and Android user, I have to credit Apple for their customer service and satisfaction. It is not comparable at all...
Once again, do not pre-order anything from Google, you will be very disappointed once you see they drop the price drastically next month [even for the brand new flagship device] and will not honor you for any price match... Just wait for the other trusted retailers...

I've purchased a LTE Pixel watch, and when trying to connect it to my carrier, it appeared that my this service is NOT supported in Israel.
I've spent an additional 100$ for this version and the support rep told me that I can use it "as a Wi-Fi watch"...!
Google invest SO much in digital, and I would expected a simple notification when clicking on the LTE option, that "this version operates only in US, CAN, etc".
I was asking for a refund or a proper connection in Israel, but haven't been replied yet.
Shame on Google!

Garbage product! My first Nest thermostat broken ( no wifi / cant connect to wifi) requested an replacement unit, the unit came, what a disappointment the replacement unit also broken cant attached to its base. WTF! Customer service poor, took forever for the support

Horrible customer service

I bought the new pixel 7 and was supposed to receive a package to send my old pixel 3xl and get a credit back. That package never got to me. After making sure the address was the correct one for the shipping, google found a way to send it my old address. After hours trying to find a way to communicate with their customer service to understand what happened, i sent them an email. 3 weeks later, despite saying they were sending another one, i still haven't received the package. I tried to make a complaint, but all they wanted was to have access to my private informations for me to leave a complaint which i found completely ridiculous. I lost then the guarantee for the value of my old phone and was stock with a lower value.
I went to a store that buy back old phone and it took me literally 5 minutes to get a higher value and receive the money for it

Don't waste your time with Google services, just go somewhere else where they value customer. Google really dont care about their customer as soon as they get their money like any big corporation.

I did the mistake of buying a pixel phone from Google store. I have sworn to never order from them again. I mostly shop online and have never from any store encountered such incompetent service. They don't ship your order, ship it to wrong address, take hours on customer service just to tell you they won't do anything. Please save your money and either order from Amazon if you want to buy their phone or better yet just buy literally any other phone. Don't say you weren't warned later

I ordered a Google pixel watch as a birthday present. I waited for it to arrive only to get an email saying it was not able to be delivered. They did not give any reason why, and my address was correct. I've never had a package not be able to be delivered, so this was a new experience. I then tried to contact someone to initiate a refund or inquire about when that would happen. It took me forever to find out how to reach someone, and I'm a very tech saavy individual. Their "help center" is extremely hard to navigate, and just keeps looping you back to the main page without a resolution. It was infuriating. Finally when I reached someone, they had no information for me. They simply said they have not received the return (even though it was a week later). It is now 2 weeks since my purchase and I have received no refund. I inquired today again and was told that my refund will be start to be processed today and will take another 14 BUSINESS days until I receive my refund, for an item I never even had in my possession. This purchase was a $400 dollar one, so waiting that long to receive the money back is extremely inconvenient around the holidays. I will never ever ever purchase from this site again.

After ordering a phone from their store (which was running a good black Friday deal for it), FedEx effed up the order. They never tried to deliver the package, and instead marked it as return to sender. So the phone (that I waited at home all week for) got sent back to the Google warehouse. So, when I reached out for resending my order to me, I asked if it was possible to use a different carrier from FedEx. The answer was no with zero explanation. Then to add insult to injury, they said that all they could do was refund my purchase and that I'd have to reorder it again. So, naturally, I ask if they can give me a discount code that matches the one I got when I initially purchased it. Again, they said no because it was now apparently my fault.

So, best recommendation I can make is that if you want to buy one of their products, DO NOT use their online store. If something goes wrong, they will not help you. Even if it's not your fault, and even if you can prove it's not your fault, they don't care.

If I could give their store zero stars, I would. Just based solely on their joke of a customer service department.

One of worst online store of all time

I was one of the loyal customer of Google store but with the recent experience I am avoiding the store once and for all.

I went with trade in phone for the new device and the trade in process is so painful and frustrating that i have decided not to buy anything on google store.

Please avoid the google store at all cost, don't even order anything even if the item is for free.

Phones malfunction all the time, mashed every excuse why they can't honor warranty. No real customer service with supervisors or managers. But will take your money.

15 day return window

Like a store from the 1980's, they only allow 15 days to return. You can buy the same exact product at the same exact price elsewhere with normal return windows. Amazon lets me go over my deadline too. Do not buy from the google store. Buy the same product elsewhere.

Fraud.

Google refuses to refund me to a trade in. They have received the phone. For weeks I have requested an update and they tell me it's been escalated. Asking for a manager they hang up on me. I will never buy a Google product ever again. Buyer beware.

I traded in a Samsung phone for a $450 credit and bought a Pixel 7 Pro. Never received a box
To send them my trade in. Got a bill from Syncrony bank for $982. I am sending the Pixel back because of the lack of customer service help.
