I got Family members who have lower credit scores then Me that gets Approved for 500 Dollars no downpayment I try to order and they want over half down witch is pretty much the Cash price at the stores so I try a smaller item and same thing

My great grandmother tried to purchase some items for us on stoneberry. She doesn't use the internet so we helped her set up her account and place the order. They cancelled the order with zero explanation. We tried a second time thinking maybe it was because she was sending it to our address, so we changed shipping to her address. Nope still cancelled. This time they called and she told them it was a legitimate order and to process it, they ensured her it would be processed. Instead it was cancelled. She calls in again, this time her b/p is high and she is stressed as heck, and they have her wait on hold 30 minutes before telling her she changed the billing address so they need proof of residency. Well she didn't mean to change the billing address, so she tells them to cancel that change. The woman tells her she can't do that she still needs proof. My grandmother lives with her daughter, my aunt. So they tell her to have my aunt write up a note saying she does live there. The $#*!? So you can't take her word for it but you'll take my aunts? Not to mention the supervisor's attitude sucked I was listening in the background. They also price their stuff almost double other stores. Their step2 train table is $190, but it's $106 on amazon. Don't bother with this place it's trash.

I have been doing business with stoneberry for about 2 years. Well they are 4 companies all rolled into one well in one of those four 10 years ago somebody had ordered something in my name and
Everything and it was on that as I owe them 200 some dollars. But anyway I have been ordered stuff on credit and had gotten over $2,000 worth of stuff made my payments early paid over on about every one of my payments like $150 more than what they wanted me to. Then I tried to order something and it had kicked it back as I had to pay the full amount down so I got in touch with them and they put me in touch with the credit department with the woman that I spoke with was hateful rude and just plain out nasty nasty person. But at the end of the conversation she told me that my credit has been terminated and till I paid that money and which I did not owe them and I asked her if then why did you let me get so much stuff on credit for almost 2 years and now it y'all are being a $#*! about something that's not mine. So no I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything through them considering how the people work for him treat people and talk to him.

Where's my refund?

I ordered a HP laptop from Stoneberry and was asked for a down payment. I paid with my debit card and received an email almost immediately after that my order was approved. Hours later they send another email stating that they no longer had the item in stock and are unable to process my order. A day later my card is charged for the down payment. I waited 3 days for that charge to be reversed and it wasn't. I called and was told a check was mailed out and I should wait 8-10 business days, even though their website clearly states '. If you paid by credit card, refunds should be reflected on your card statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you paid by check, money order or gift certificate, please allow time for a refund check to be mailed to you.' It has been 2 weeks since my order and im now receiving a paper notice asking for a down payment on my order, but no check. I called back and now im being told that the refunds take about 30- 45 days. What kind of games are these people playing? I will NEVER order from this company again.

I placed an order at Stoneberry. They pulled the payment from my account... PAID IN FULL! Then they cancelled order on their on after taking FULL PAYMENT! When asked about this they replied it was a mistake on their end. So I told them to go ahead and send order since it was PAID IN FULL FROM MY BANK. They then stated the order was no longer in stock. That they overlooked mine & sent the last item to another customer. This is so rediculous! So I asked to go ahead and refund the amount off PAID IN FULL... which they stated they could not. So they have a full payment of my checking account & I have NOTHING! I have reported this to my banks fraud line. Be careful who you speak to from Stoneberry... not all of them are experienced for sale's. You may luck up and get one that does. But I was told by customer service that there is a lot that make these mistake's. I will never order again. If they do not have people that knows how to conduct business then they should not hire them. Reported as theft & fraud... my bank has all emails sent to me by them... and the full payment paid. Let the fraud and theft be taken care of by them. I shop online a lot... never in my life have I ever had this problem. So be careful you may get the person I got only to keep your money and not send item. How dare they. I know what I am doing... but be careful for they do not!

BED BUGS
April 27, 2019

I Ordered a headboard for platform bed. Not sure how long it was in warehouse or where it came from but after install, the pocket in the back of the headboard where the tools lie they were flooded in there and also in the crevices. DISASTER OF MY LIFE!

Stoneberry is by far the worse company to deal with from cheap stuff that either arrives broken or damaged and customer service will say your gonna get a credit but will never note it or play the we never offered you anything and they are quick to try to send you to collections
If you had a problem with them or all the other affiliates or corporate company be sure to file a complaint with the Better Business Bueau then copy to send to Attorney general and Federal Trade Commission who is working on a huge case agaist them

My mother told me today I wouldn't get my Christmas gift because Stoneberry sent her a letter today telling her the comforter I asked for and ordered a month ago, was discontinued. My elderly mother can't get out and do shopping anymore and she has been in and out of the hospital since August. She was really upset, and I DON'T LIKE IT WHEN PEOPLE make my mom upset for no damn good reason, especially when they don't know how to run a business. Don't order from these people

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

It said it was approved for a $150 then all of a sudden when I went to go put an order an order in I was denied and I had to put a $25 down payment The lady asked if I wanted To continue the order and run my credit I told her no and she said oops I accidentally hit the submit button and caused a ding to my credit report. Even though I told her not to submit the order and to cancel it But now I am disputing The hard inquiry That they put on my credit report

I was happy to get credit with Stoneberry to rebuild my credit. Everything went through okay and I ordered some items. When the first payment was due I was determined to be on time. Late one night Friday I went online to make the payment. There were two options-minimum payment and pay full balance. It too k a little time for me to make sure I clicked the correct circle which was for minimum payment because the payment would not go through the first time so I put ithrough again. This time it went through but I was concerned and checked my account. Much to my shock the whole balance was taken from my account which was $436 not the minimum 28.99 that I asked to pay. I panicked and called Stoneberry customer service to try to get the payment reversed. I got nowhere. I was given the run around so badly. I even called my bank who referred me back to Stoneberry. I tried everything I could to stop that payment from going through. I have recently emailed Stoneberry about the situation. They were supposed to get back to me in 24 hours. I am still waiting as is way past that time. Now I have to file a dispute. I am so disappointed. This money being taken from me messed up a lot of things. Plus I wanted to make payments to help my credit.

After finishing paying off on a Casio G-Shock watch through Fingerhut.com, I started looking for my next purchase, which I wanted to get a PS4 system. Well, after finding Stoneberry (I was aware of the bad reviews), I went forward for their site to tell me that I needed to place a down-payment of 1/3rd of the $499.99 price.

Huh? Wha-what?

For that? I don't need a PS4 that badly and I can just wait. I wanted a game system that I could get my mind off of things. So much for givinig people with bad credit a chance to "buy now, pay later". Apparently, Stoneberry doesn't know or is too dumb to know the meaning behind that statement. "Buy now, pay later" doesn't mean, pay us now and we ship it to you later.

Save yourself the trouble, avoid Stoneberry at all costs Not worth the hassle. I'd rate them lower than one star, but, that's all it offers. For those who comment about this, I just paid off a $160 G-Shock watch at Fingerhut in four months, earlier than the eight months plan they have on the watch.

Stoneberry is a joke of a company. I have had nothing but issues with them. The first issue was when I ordered an above ground pool from them in February. The website said the item was in stock and would ship by the beginning of April. That was fine by me. However the available shipping date kept changing until finally it was changed to July 15th! I promptly cancelled that order, as I refuse to: 1) wait for 5 months for something to ship that I'd supposed to be in stock and ready to go, and 2) wait until the middle of summer for a pool! Then, I was stupid and decided ay the beginning of April to make a second purchase on Stoneberry, this time for two pairs of running shoes. One pair shipped April 13th, and the other pair two weeks later. And guess what? I STILL don't have either pair! Fed ex hasn't moved the first pair since April 23rd (today is May 11th) and after repeated attempts to reach out to Stoneberry to help, they refuse to do anything. Giving excuse after excuse of why they can't do anything. I opted for the payment plan (these shoes were not cheap), but I absolutely refuse to pay for these shoes until they are physically in my possession. I will NEVER purchase anything through Stoneberry ever again. They also charge way too much for shipping for this to be an issue! Stoneberry sucks!
