Not what I thought

I have been ordering from Stoneberry for about 5 years thinking that they were reporting my prompt payments to the credit bureau I needed help raising my credit come to find out it has never been reported to the credit bureau so ordering from them was a waste of my time.

So I had seven packages that was supposed to be delivered today one didn't even get on the truck and the shipping company is now saying heck with it it's FedEx and now saying will be delivered tomorrow problem is I actually had to have somebody at my house to sign for the package because the cost I'm not going to just say set it on the porch especially since the six other packages were delivered to the wrong address. I called the company up that sold me the goods took me almost 30 minutes before I finally got to talk to somebody that would listen you need to say it was horrible after I was done she finally said let me give you some information so I can pull up your file after I started with what can I give you so you can pull up my account they don't care, don't go to stoneberry unless you absolutely need to.

I purchased a smart watch for Christmas once received I decided i wanted a different band. Upon calling CS I was told "what did I expect them to memorize everything about each product." I responded with no as a long term customer I was looking for assistance and if the CSR couldn't help me maybe I could transferred to someone who could. I was spoken to harshly rudely by Al. I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor which was kind and attempted to assist but was no help unfortunately. I received call today from Supervisor to notify me she found more information but none that was beneficial. I was requesting the millimeter of band. Which no one had nor did it state anywhere on the paperwork or on the manufactures site. I even attempted to google search for hours to gather information. No luck. I adamantly refuse to be a loyal customer any longer. I will take my money elsewhere as I DO NOT DESERVE TO BE TREATED POORLY! After 10+ years they lost me as a customer.

Complete junk

Bought a $70 indoor fountain. Complete junk, has a huge Black power cord that comes off the side so you cannot hide it. Looks awful. Makes a lot of noise. Real waste of money. Stoneberry tries to pass itself off as having such top quality merchandise but it's just China junk.

If I could give no stars I would.I ordered a christmas tree from them.It came in 3 pieces.the top part of tree where you put the metal into the hole was defective( broken off). I called customer service and was told can't help me as I need to speak to a supervisor and no supervisor works on weekends.I then try to get an online chat rep and the chatbot says same thing no one available and for me to call back on Monday.Totally poor service.Its Saturday and I am in the middle of decorating my home and now have to go buy another tree else where so I can finish.DO NOT BUY from this company.They sell overpriced defective products.Should have read their reviews before I ordered

Stoneberry catalog has horrible customer service! When you call it always says high call volume! You will wait on hold for over 30 minutes and get transferred multiple times! The second problem, they say you are pre approved and then they ask for the complete payment upfront. I have already had credit with this catalog company in the past, paid on time and paid my balance paid off! I do not have bad credit! I should not have to pay the full balance up front! What a scam! Good riddance! Because the their merchandise is WAY OVERPRICED and NOT GOOD quality!

Poor customer care

I received an order late and no longer needed the item. Went to return it and Stoneberry does not pay for returns nor do that credit your account. That is totally the opposite of any of their competitors. I won't shop from them again.

Stone Berry has stupid person own there staff.I tried to pay my girlfriend bill.they said I got to get permission.she is very stupid.you paying bill.not ordering nothing.I like to pay Karens bill.the stupid woman said they have to get permission from karen to pay her bill.I am not ordering anything from them.I am paying her bill.she had a stroke.

This company has no empathy if you loose your job, they will give you the run around and never assist you with any credit protection services. They will make excuses after excuse and tell you that their credit protection program is either not available in your state or too new and they basically don't know how to use it.
If you don't want to screw up your credit, stay away from them.

I bought a watch that said it would be compatible for an iPhone and it is not. Now after having to pay for shipping to me I have to pay for shipping again. This will be almost the whole cost of the watch. This was a gift for my 9 yr old daughter. This is very disappointing and when the credit is credited back we will have our email removed from them and never order again

I purchased a massager last year. I need this for a circulation problem. I had to contact there customer service after it broke. They told me that it was past the return date. This was true and my fault.I decided to buy another because I really need it. When making the purchase I kept in mind their return policy. I received this in October 23 and again it just broke in December 23. When I contacted their customer service they spoke to me like I was crazy. They told me this was past there return policy date. They have a habit of putting you on hold to check with a supervisor. They told me they would give me a $40.00credit on the $140.00 I owe. This for a broke product. Hell will freeze over before I pay this or ever buy again. I'm a real person in Dallas,Tx. Geri

They denied my ider because they ant a hard, physical copy, of my lease agreement and it can only be provided via us mail, not through any kind of secured document uploader. It should be against the law, if it's not already, for them to request a copy of my lease agreement. And they had 2 accounts in my name and I only made 1 and they didn't do anything about the other fraudulent one.

I ordered one light weight curling iron from FilthAnd Glam on a buy now pay later credit plan.It arrived late and was no longer needed,so I returned the item in its original packaging.
A week later I was billed $59.00 shipping fee which I felt was an unfair charge for such a light weight item. I later received anothet bogus fee for $85.00 on the late charges. This is an unfair charge. I have kept all my invoices and my return confirmation.They are a money scam and I'll never trust any BuyNowPayLater companies again!

I was a first time customer who purchased a $359 Playstation 5 Horizon game and accessories pack for my son. Item said shipped however after 3 days the package was still never scanned as being picked up. I emailed customer service who assured me everything was good. 3 days later, still not picked. I emailed again with a smug reply everything is ok. Finally a week goes by and Monday I email again, the package was obviously stolen off the dock before FedEx could scan it or FedEx themselves took it. Now the item is out of stock and I'm left with nothing. If the terrible customer service would have acted upon my request immediately I would have my game pack. But no, because stoneberry doesn't care about customers especially new ones. Never ever buying from this place again. Oh. And I have to wait 10 days or more for my money back. Pathetic.

I ordered 2 items yesterday to send my best friend for Christmas.The customer service representative called me today asking 100 questions like I am a prisoner and inside the JAIL. She told me the going to check my credit score( for what?). I have 2 jobs working very hard with disable kids. Many many years ago I went for a bankruptcy. Only it's ready expired. What the purpose ordering from them if the put people so down and make you feel like you are piece of s... t?
No people don't order from this company. Please don't allow this asses to put Your down. Keep your chain up! And let's deal with companies who really respect customers! Happy Holidays!

I'm done with this company. Ordered products weeks ago and they never showed up. Each time I reach out to their customer service team, they are completely worthless and just tell me to wait another week to see if items show up. This order was over $500! Their items are overpriced and cheaply made anyway so they won't be getting any more of my money.
