Lack of customer service lack of confidence I've been a customer for years and they said I wasn't approved for no credit or nothing. I always made my payments on time $#*! you I will never shop Stanberry can you just lost a $#*!ing customer
Stoneberry is a nice online site that has a big selection of products from clothes shoes electronics to bedding. Their products have good brand names like rebok, sketchers. Jessica Simpson plus many more. Their prices are a little high but your products are high quality so it's worth it what you pay. They also offer a credit plan which is very easy to qualify for. I highly recommend Stonberry to anyone. Very inviting online store.
Stoneberry is very unprofessional to their customers along with their business in general. They wIll try to rip you off with their marketing schemes and check you out as if they honored ther price discounts but then charge full price. I Could just imagine how many times that they have gotten away with it. They are very fraudulent with their practices and cant believe their has not been a class action lawsuit filed against them because of it, but does make sense that they have an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. They sent me a catalog stating that i was pre-approved for credit. I tried to call to makea purchase and ended up being put on hold for 15 mins. And being hung up on. Also tbey kept switching me from one dept to another. Horrible experience. Never will i deal with them again.
I placed a order on July 28 for a 3 piece table set. It is now the 9 the of August and not received it. I spoke to a supervisor about it. She said she would send a email to the supplier. She said call back the next day. I did and she said they have not received anything back from them yet. This has been going on now for 3 days and still nothing. This is so unacceptable to have to have this much frustration out of this. Tried to see if they could give me the number to corporate office and she gave me this number to call said it was the switchboard operator. I called and the lady asked how may she help me and I told her the situation and she said she work switch me to customer service. I told her that's who I just talked to. I don't know what type of game you all are trying to play here but it's very uncalled for. I've already talked to my attorney about it and he told me to let him know and he will investigate it for me. It's ashame that a customer has to go to these measures to get something done. Ive been with you guys for 3 years and never had this problem. Well I will never buy another thing from you guys again. You lost a good customer here
Purhased an item that arrived broken. I returned it the next day at my expence. Now they are chargeing me late fees on Their shipping and handeling fees. Called their customer service number and got no where. They are still are sending me a monthly bill with added charges.
Got to be something bad here.
I ran across this site one night, they didn't really have good stuff on here mostly overpriced stuff, I found one item for like 45 bucks, ordered it next day I check the order they wanted 20 down lol and I have 725 credit score, they must be smoking meth there.
I spoke to a representative today about a purchase I made in April 2024, I explained to her what the issue was and she informed me that I had to pay for shipping to ship it back, she was very rude, no understanding of what I was saying, I asked her for the address to where I would be shipping this item back, she started giving me the address and then she said Chippewa, she started spelling it, I said no need I got it, she proceed to say oh you must have it pulled up, now how can I have it pulled up if I don't know where to ship it, I was outraged of her insult toward me as to imply I can't spell, I will never deal with this company and I will not tell any of my friends or family to deal with this company. This person I spoke with was ridiculous and un knowledgeable, no kind of understanding at all, if I could give less than one star I would.
They claim its a credit account but even if you pay on time and complete the purchase they will not report it. But if you don't pay they will hit your credit. Just an FYI as I thought I'd get a positive when I was done paying it off but when I asked they just simply said they don't do that.
I placed an order and was told I needed to put a down payment down. I found the same product for a cheaper price and called Stoneberry to cancel my pending order. I was told they couldn't cancel my order and that after 90 days it would cancel itself if I never made the down payment. In the mean time, the credit department told me to call customer service to have my order canceled so that the pending order didn't count against my credit limit. I called 5 separate times and each time I was either hung up on or transferred to a different department. I even had a supervisor transfer me to "another supervisor" after she yelled at me. The customer service associates are rude and incompetent including the supervisor and I am done doing business with them.
First off, the Xbox One S where's the 1 terabyte hard drive and Gears of War Games is $500 on this site. They said no down was $23 a month and they called to ask general questions for the credit monitoring. The lady was really rude and was very abrupt and didn't care to be courteous on the phone call. She told me that I could check back tomorrow within 24 hours to see the status of my order. I checked the status of my order and they want 250 down and they want $37 a month. The ad said $23 a month with no down so how are you going to advertise like that and then expect someone who's trying to build credit to have to put that much down. On top of that I heard all the rumors that they don't help build credit and that's true they don't. So I'm glad that I put a prepaid card on there that can't be overdrafted because I've read a bunch of people have had issues with them taking money out of their account.
I purchased a carpet cleaner as a Christmas present. It turned out it was the wrong one. I got with customer service to get the proper instructions to send back and assure I would get my refund ofb$180. Then was told if I wasn't going to do an exchange and only wanted a refund, I have to pay for the shipping.My big item cost me $71 to ship back.I called to complain to a supervisor how customer service wasn't being met. She informed me that it's stated on their return policy. I don't and can't see the small print on that, only read that I can get a refund. So look out, and read all that small print because if your returning for a full refund you WILL have to pay for shipping it back. I've never had to pay for shipping on returning anything! That's a cowardly move on Stoneberrys behalf, and I'm putting that lightly!
I have placed 4 orders (different items tried) 1 week after placing each order I get an email stating order has been cancelled because item is OUT OF STOCK... We will refund your check or credit card in 7 to 10 days via US postal service... Do not even bother with this company Horrible customer service as well
I ordered two rug sets from Stoneberry. I got a notice that they had delivered my rugs but when I went to track them down through FedEx I found that they had been dropped off at my post office instead of at my house. I have a disability and I wasn't sure how I was going to get the rugs from my post office to my house. I thought that if I ordered a delivery they would bring it to my house and I wouldn't have to worry about finding someone to bring it from the post office. This was not the case. Then I got the rugs to my house and they did not look like the picture and I wanted to send them back. So I followed the directions on the return labels attached them and took the rugs back to the post office. The postmaster told me that it would cost over $70 in return shipping to send the rug sets back. I called Stoneberry and they said they do not pay for return shipping. I will never order from this company again and would never recommend it to anyone.
I vowed the the first time I ordered would be my last. Part of my order was on back order, would not get it for months. So I canceled that one item, took me months to straighten out. Claimed they sent the item which I never recieved. O I got that monkey off my back once and for all.
Well like an idiot I ordered again. Half that order, part I really need is on back order.
Because I will not get it by Christmas, guess cancel it and hope I don't get the screw again with no Vasoline.
Top it off the credit sucks a big one.

No company is perfect. Post office delays not Stoneberry or Masseys or Fifth and glam responsibility. Due to bad weather there will be delays. I have no problem with any of these companies.
I was actually approved of credit on stoneberry and I really can't have an order processed like gosh! Wtf! Why can't I use my approved credit after approving me, I placed an order and for the past 8days it was pending approval so I had to cancel and placed another lower than my earlier order. Surprisedly my order was canceled like how? I mean why would my order be canceled knowing I have a credit I can use! Extremely poor!
I opened an account. Paid off everything in 3 payments instead of the year or so I could have taken on the first purchase. The 2nd purchase was for $150, paid in 2 payments. Nothing changed from the day I opened my account. Coronavirus struck, They canceled my account. Unbelievable!
I will not recommend that you purchase anything from this company because when you get your monthly bill the payment will be more, I called them about the payment at first the told me that the payments went up after I purchased the TV, today they told me something completely different, I have seen poor customer service before but Stoneberry is the poorest of any company that I've ever dealt with.
