Given the fact, I can't login, can't reset my password, and am on infinite hold on the phone with them, I'm suprised they got as high a rating as 1.6 stars!. AND I'm a new customer who hasn't even ordered anything yet. Given that fact, maybe all this hassle is a "Blessing in Disquise!". They qualified me for 750 bux credit up front BUT I don't believe I'll get to "use it" Stoneberry given how P=Poor your web and phone service are so BAD!
Your company sucks your product suck you screw people over you don't get what you ordered you do this all the time change your payment you're a late payment oh you're away after you make two payments I'm done with you all you are a crappy company I hope nobody ever buys a damn thing from you again you suck
I was approved for a $100 credit line. Placed my $100 order and the website crashed. Went back in, placed my order again, and received double what I ordered and double the bill as well and of course, since my gift was personalized, they won't let me return it. I will pay this off and never shop here again.
I applied for credit and it said we are preparing your order etc... later I check my order and it says down payment required for each item. Very misleading. They require a down payment for poor credit or no credit and make it sound like they dont just to get you to apply and its a hard inquiry on your credit that takes years to fall off!
I have an account with Stoneberry which is current and available credit on my accounts. I place two orders with them and was told I need a deposit. My payments have been on time, this company is such a rip off. Do not order or apply for credit with them, closing my accounts
Save yourself alot of aggravation and don't ever order anything from this company. Customer service is absolutely terrible. They are incompetent and just keep sending generic responses rather then addressing the problem and listening to your side. I have sent over 25 emails and have gotten nowhere. They charged me for something I've never received. They are trying to charge me for something I never ordered. This company is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a plastic five shelf storage unit and they charged me for it but I never received it. Instead they sent a "particle board" 3 shelf bookcase with doors. Now I have been fighting with them every day and all they send as a response was to return it and they would credit me. I don't trust them and told them it would be returned after they credit my account which I have been making payments on for 3 months now.
Have ordered a spiderman helicopter it broke within 5 minutes of being out of the box. Customer service gave me the run around and finally agreed to send me a new one on return of the broken one. No big deal. I send it back immediately and was made to wait two and a half months for the replacement. The replacement broke in the exact same way the original did. Unacceptable.
My girlfriend has stoneberry, and when we needed a air matteris, they were there, but they were very expensive, not to mention high shipping rates, and processing fees. One little small Tiny hole, and there it goes, we went through 5 of these things through 2018, and they were struggling to keep in a good shape. They were like disposable type air beds, and when they went down, and right into the dumpster. Also the radio she bought for me, the radio was like it was about to fall apart, I mean the buttons and controls were flimsy, and easy to break off, and it was eating tapes like crazy, and hardly plays the CD's correctly. If we were to return this stuff, their return policy is trash too. They are not worth the trouble, hardly nothing to buy in their catalog, and their online store. They don't offer a good hard ship program to help pay them incrementally.
I submitted two Stoneberry credit orders. Stoneberry did not process either order and did not notify me as to why. If it was an issue with credit, I believe they were legally required to notify me with reason. I think this company is similar to Fingerhut.
I placed an order on Nov 28, for my grandson a drone and here it is Dec 18 and nothing! When I called the wait time was ridiculous a one hour wait time. But, I was desperate Christmas is closing in. I tell the rep that it is showing delivered but it was not. They sent another item that I had ordered. Then they sent an item that I did not order. She tell me the item will not get here in time for Christmas, I will have to file a claim and on top of that she was very rude, she kept cutting me off, to make her point. I asked could they send another one, of course I would pay. But it still would not get here by Christmas. I ordered a lot of things from them for Christmas but when I pay them off, I will never shop Stoneberry again. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are to hard to contact, and when they mess up they treat you like you have done them wrong! Buyers beware.
Total fruad company. Got a bill for $600+ and now letter from a collection agency asking for $800+. Never heard of this company before I got these letters. Certainly never bought anything from them. They can't tell me what the order was or where it was shipped; just want my personal info. Don't waste time with them. Total scam. THEY DESERVE A ZERO RATING!
They keep leaving voice-mail every week with a prerecorded message. They have 100's of phone numbers they use so you have to keep blocking everyone. Annoying sob's!
Never missed a payment. Ever. Then they say I did and refuse to let you order anything else plus when they double your payment for a payment you never missed they won't allow a partial payment. You can argue and prove all day that you made that payment but they still don't believe you. Do not use this place..
I ordered 3 personalized decoration for my home. One of the decorations was damaged upon arrival. I returned the product, tracked the product and it was showing it was delivered. Stoneberry claims they didn't receive it. Now I'm paying for a damaged product I don't even have. I called customer service and have never encountered such rudeness! This lady was so rude it is unbelivable! Run fast!
I had ordered merchandise from stoneberry at Christmas for my family and it comes after Christmas. This time i ordered a toy for my grandson it was late and not on time. When i get the toy it was the wrong item and then i called them and they said they would send the toy again but this time it was eight day late and again the wrong item. My grandson was so upset and he is only three. I will never order from this company again and if you know whats best you will not ordered anything. You will be very disappointed.
Placed an order with them they don't have the merchandise. They print labels knowing they didn't have the item. Waiting on shipment from the suppliers. But won't cancel the order. Worst company I've ever dealt with.
I was a new customer of Stoneberry. I received my product damaged and I called Customer Service for the instructions on how to return it. The customer service agent was so rude and disrespectful and treat me so bad. Also, I had to pay 18.00 to return the broken article to the Company. I've paid money for nothing!
My mother passed away on May 29. I called Stoneberry to let them know. I asked them to take her name off the mailing list. To this day I still receive catallogs from Stoneberry in my mom's name. I called today and got a so called supervisor who refused to answer any of my questions
Did not purchase that pool it's a piece of crap the pump doesn't work hardly at all and never fills up with water the first one had a hole in it they send another Pool in the pump still doesn't work right with it and it's $150 more than you can buy it anywhere else it's just cuz we make payments here is why they charge so much it's got to be an off-brand it's junk I've had one from that company before that was not bought it Stoneberry and the material is way different in the pump was different
Okay first let me say I feel like I have been ripped a new one with dealing with this company. First they charge so much for items to be shipped then you have to pay to ship your items back to them so you waste more money. I order a grill they want to charge me almost $200.00 for it then they want to charge me $50.00 more dollars for the shipping. Now I sound this same grill at home depot for $119.00. They tell me my order will be shipped by a certain date when it gets close to that date I noticed on the web page that it says it is now on back order WTF now I have to wait a month for them to get it. They never called me to inform me of this at all. I then check a few weeks later and they say it is on back order again. SO I am now waiting another month for it. WTF. I am about to cancel my order with them and tell them to shove it and go to Home depot for the grill.
