I have got a pair of sneakers from this website, they came too big. I have try to send them or get to exchange them, but no, this website does not offer any refund or exchange, only to rebuy them for a lower price that you paid. Feeling like anyway I have no choice, I have send them back for the resell the next day, in the exact same condition they came. And I have pictures to prove it, however they did not accept my shoes arguing that the box was broken and they even charge me $15 for it. Do not buy from this website you will regret it.
I recently purchased 2 pairs of Air Jordan's through StockX the first was The Jordan 1 Retro High OG Prototype These came exactly as advertised brand new in original packaging. They are great!
The other pair was the Jordan 1 Mid Banned (2020) and needless to say when I took them out of the box I was less than impressed with the "NEW" condition shoes I just purchased. There is a clear crease in the toe of the right foot. Also the front toe area on the right shoe sounds like a plastic bag crunching when you touch it.
StockX's customer service was very kind and they took the shoes back to inspect them but they claim this meets their expectation and requirements for "NEW" condition, so there is nothing they can do for me, other than they sent them back to me.
Again I will reiterate that the first order was great, this one not so much so just be careful when purchasing off their site, not everything is as advertised.
On a brighter note I guess I don't have to worry about creasing them since it already has one!

Bought a pair of retro Jordan 6 (Infrared colorway released circa 2014) well turns out nearly every pair of gum bottom shoes show signs of yellowing after a few years doesn't matter where they are kept. Had on foot once, that is, allowed. They rejected the same pair of shoes I bought from them not 6 months earlier... even took a $50 dollar loss selling back to them. They rejected them due to the yellowing which is naturally occurring. Haven't received them back yet, curious to see if they left the tag on it or not. If not, thats some shady $#*! $#*! right there. I've bought 1 pair of retro Chucks and 2 pair of Retro Jordan's from stockx and all three were legit. Customer service has always been patient and courteous with me also. Some of you with these bad reviews sound like you're dealing with another company entirely (plus I've noticed NONE of the people who had a problem with their service answered StockX back when they offered to help, i can smell a phoney claim a mile away)

This company is amazing I used to have a ps5 once launch day hit. But I ended up selling it for reasons I will not get into. Any how I tried out stockx for a ps5 just to see. They authenticated the ps5 and gave me a tracking number and then immediately shipped it out to my house in literally only a week. The Ps5 came in brand new everything in the box spotless. Even the new buy smell. Everything is perfect. Great price great place I definitely recommend it to anyone.
If I could give 0 I would. I have used this service twice now and my latest experience has made them lose me as a customer for good. I purchased some shoes for my daughter's birthday on 9/30. My purchase was authenticated a few days later and now has been "waiting for carrier pickup" going on 2 weeks. I know COVID has caused some delays but seeing i work for the shipping partner in the finance department I know we aren't delayed like that and we push our pick ups(that's how we make money). After reaching out to them they showed no concern about my order or the importance of it. They act as if they are the only service out there. My money will definitely be spent elsewhere from now on.

This company is an outright JOKE and run by thieves. They sell and resell fake/counterfeit shoes with flaws and defects, and try to pawn them off as authentic and new. And charge double retail! If you are sharp enough to notice they are fakes and try to reach out to their customer service- they will run you through hoops, make living hell for you and not resolve at all. I was sent a very clear knockoff and faulty pair of Yeezy 350s. I contacted StockX the same day I received the package. After 100s of back and forth emails and picture requests that very clearly showed they are faulty and fake (with glue spots all over, toe boxes point in different directions and the pair doesn't even lay flat or in the same direction) they don't do anything. After threatening to contact my credit card company, they finally agreed to process a full refund and sent me a return shipping label. I sent the shoes back in the mail and they sent them back to me! I sent them back a second time and they refused the return package again. Only shop here if you want to be ripped off for a fake pair of kicks with defects and a headache. Hundreds of other reviews with the exact same experience- they send fake and defective shoes and claim they are authentic! Check out all the horrendous reviews on reviews. Oi and BBB website. Stock X has a 1 star average from thousands of reviews; that alone speaks for itself.

I purchased 2 pair of "supposedly" authentic Yeezy slides one pair a size 4 and the other pair a size 5 both pair fit the same way! So I tried to sell them being that stockx doesn't do returns, we'll come to find out both pair are not authentic so I've paid over $300 for some fake $#*! $#*!! I would never ever recommend anyone. I have been trying to contact some one but of course the don't have a customer service phone number to call. So I emailed them and they said they would get back with me and said that was not from them my package must have been tampered with and their team would do an investigation. My experience with customer service was horrible. They don't have phones and you can only email. My son tried to order some shoes but it keep sending a email that order was declined. Then about two weeks later shoes was shipped and I had no idea. They down street to a neighbors who took them. So when I tried to dispute shoes Stockx said they was dilvered. So with the paperwork they sent the credit company I had to find the shoes at the neighbor house. Dealing with stockx customer service was horrible and would not take shoes back even though said charge didn't not go through.
