I ordered the shoes for st Patrick's day and ordered them 2 weeks ahead of time. The order was confirmed then the seller never sent the shoes. A week later another seller was found by stock x. That seller took their time on sending the shoes. The shoes just got verified and sent out the day before st Patrick's day, 2 weeks later. The tracking says it will be here on 3/22,5 days after st Patrick's day. I was worried earlier this week and bought the same pair through FlightClub on 3/13. I received the pair from FlightClub on 3/15. So thank goodness they were able to get the shoes to me before st Patrick's day. I was not able to Ely on Stock x and I will be returning the shoes when I receive them.
The shoes have been great but the box they came in was complete broken. The top was ripped and the flaps broken. Might as well wrapped the shoes in a paper bag. Really disappointed in the shoe box. It was that bad that I might never buy for the site again!

They have sent me shoes that they list as men's shoes and then they send me a women's shoe lol They send out these trash messages about how they are delayed and looking for another seller only if the price is high. If you happen to get a good deal on stock X, there is no way they will do that. They will just cancel the order. If you try to reach them, there is no phone number. You don't get to talk to anybody. The worst customer service ever. Send an email. Good luck. They say the seller has 2 days to send the shoe. These guys are clowns

And that could still take another 2 weeks. After verification you still have another week if you're lucky. It's ridiculous! And their website is completely a joke, you can't ask anyone where your order is at and what's going on they just keep telling you the sender has 2 weeks to ship. I hate these guys. Never again will I purchase from them. I ordered from flight club another pair 2 days before making a stock x purchase and it was their in 5 days. My stock x order is still being shipped and that was 10 days ago, it still hasn't arrived for verification. You'll have much better luck with another site trust me! AWFUL!

Stockx.com is trash! Their customer service is non existent. The company has a policy in place that makes them un responsible if your package is lost by their carrier/shipper of choice. Then they refused to file a claim on my behalf so at least an investigation can happen by the carrier. I never received the item I ordered, I paid for it, stockx.com got paid and their carrier, FedEx lost my item and stockx.com refuses to file a claim. Then stockx.com is going to end their chat with, we hope for continued business - are you serious? This company is joke, plus I just found out they're sell fakes! My friend brought fakes from China and everything came with a stockx verification tag.

Order a pair of Yeezy slide for my son after making several purchases from stock x received and empty shoe box with shoe paper and receipt. Immediately reached out to Stock x and started a claim. Basically was informed there is nothing they can do because the carrier FEDEX delivered the package and mark order as completed. But like I inform them there were no slide inside of shoe box which is unbelievable. I asked for an investigation to be conducted internal as well claim file against FED EX because someone at either facilities are stealing items and delivering empty boxes. I will no longer purchase anything from this company and will be informing family and friends to do the same. Because they don't provide an secure handling of items being sent via mail, customers spend there hard earned money to purchase items that we NEVER RECEIVED, so clearly you all stole my MONEY too I would give 0 stars if I could.

Do not buy from here. I purchased $125 essentials hoodie and washed it one time all the letters came off. I sent an email and pictures and they said they cannot do anything about it because the tags were taken off. If you purchase from STOCKX you will lose your money and get FAKE merchandise!

Stock x authenticated fake air max, I contacted stock x about this n they said sorry they are fakes but it's past 3days no refund, the issues are so blatant I don't know who they have authenticating these items, 1 sneaker is wider than the other, there's gaps in the stitching from the inside sole to the side of the sneaker, they even used red thread on 1 of the sneakers n there's no red anywhere on or in the sneaker these are terrible knock offs
