I have never heard of SteamGames. I do not game. They have taken over $100 out of my bank account. Luckily I caught it quickly and my bank will give me the money back.
Watch out for this fraudulent company on you bank accounts... these people need to get real jobs!
I have no clue what this steamgames is but I just had over $600 taken from me. NOT COOL. I'm so thankful that my bank was able to stop this and I'm able to get some money back but seriously watch out!
For a while last year, I bought games on Steam a lot. Like, A LOT lot. Frequent discounts practically made sure of this. Spent endless hours in front of my PC instead of going outside. That changed thankfully, but really has nothing to do with the quality of Steam services.
Anyway, the selection of available titles is massive and customer service is fairly decent: I had no problems returning a game I bought after it turned out my PC was unable to run it. I try to stay away from games nowadays, but, yeah, STeam is pretty solid.
I'm a female and currently live with my younger brother and nephew. They are both girls. NONE of us in the house play online games or even heard of steam. I woke up and saw they charged me $47.80 from steam games C. Bellevue WA. I asked my brother and nephew if they knew of this until later we found out Steam games steals credit and debit card information and uses it. When the bill comes it clearly shows its them so why even try!. They have connections to Microsoft and they are all in fraud things too. I was charged $59.99 TWO times on Microsoft and later saw Steam charged me too! Both frauds. :(
Checked my bank account this morning to find a charge of $100 from steamgames.com. Luckily my bank caught it and refunded the charges, but I have no idea how they got my information in the first place. I've never visited that site at all.

I just checked my bank account and have $100 dollars withdrawal from my account from steamgame.com. I have never heard of this company. I locked my bank account and will be calling my bank first thing when the open. So pissed.
This company is a front for credit card fraud. Check your accounts. Notice that there's issues going as far back as March 2009. How does the government allow such fraud to continue? Oh yeah it's a business with connections to MICROSOFT. Figures that big corporations get away with it. Steamgames.com needs to be shutdown immediately.
It's not bad, but it would be better to make discounts more often than twice per year. Really not always can get to the PC because of travelling

I have never been on this website before until my debit card was charged $893.49. This company is committing a crime and should be held accountable. I am still trying to get the money back from my bank. Why are they allowed to keep putting fraudulent charges on people's credit cards & no one is going after them.
Never been on this website nor heard of it and got charged 6 times $91.20! Fraud website! Trying to get this taken care of. Called their number and only a voicemail picks up!
Just discovered I have been charged $90.18 six times yesterday by a company (steamgames.com) that I have never heard of. I have already contacted my bank and informed them that I do not authorize these fraudulent charges onto my account.
I'm currently a full time uni student with no work on Centrelink I already do not have enough money to pay for my text books and you have charged me 3 x $160 transactions. My bank account has gone negative and I'm having to pay $30 a week until it isn't negative again. I really hope you make the most of my money you scums because you've really screwed up my account
Today I received email notice by Capitol One stating that this company attempted to charged my card. I never even heard of this company. I googled them and just found all of these postings of fraudulent claims so I'm now adding mine. Someone should put them out of business and file charges on whoever has access to using other people's credit profiles.
This company twice in 1 week withdrew 5 $100.00 payments on my debit card which I never provided to them or authorized the transactions had to change my debit card and it happened agaib
Help I'm addicted to video games! This site tries so hard to protect your credit card/s, your account, and your inventory it's a bit of a hassle, but its so much better than losing all that information or getting it stolen!
First ya stole $16 then $157 then twice $169 and Ive never even heard of Steam Games or used Steam Games. Give me my money back ya theives.

I woke up to 3 transactions of $100 a piece from this website today. I have contacted my bank and shut down the card, and. Ow have to dispute every transaction. Looking on here, I see it's been an ongoing issue. BEWARE!
