Ordered the Supersonic Ionic hair dryer about a month ago. First I was skeptical and wanted to cancel my order. I read some concerning reviews and contacted customer service to cancel my order. They assured me if I have any issues with my dryer I can reach out and return it. So I kept the order and it arrived in a decent time frame just how it said on the website. I love this dryer! I was pleasantly surprised how good it is, ordered another one for my daughter in law for Christmas. I am a happy customer just wanted to say, some people might have bad experiences with a company some have good.

I have received my Airwrap about 2 weeks ago. It shipped couple days after I purchased, got many email updates about it which is great. Delivery took 12 days which is fine, it is not amazon I was not expecting faster shipping. The product itself feels and looks good, worth every penny in my opinion, you get what you pay for. Good price for a Dyson replica. The real one is just way too expensive and the reviews are not even good for it. Anyways it is not hard to use, the airwrap barrel takes a little time to practice the trick is to use small portions of hair. It is no magic, a hair tool after all. The leather case is a beautiful expensive looking. Would make a perfect holiday or birthday gift. I can not say anything bad happy with my $100 purchase!

I purchased a hair styler for $199.95 that arrived broken. Stealadeal asked for a photo which I promptly sent. When I didn't hear back I reached out again and they said they were sending a new one and did not want the broken one back. I told them I did not want a new one just a credit. So they told me to return the broken one at my expense! Now I will have to go through my credit card company to fight them! So much for their return policy!

The five attachments make styling a breeze, and the build quality feels pretty sturdy. I use it on a daily basis now and recommend it to a anyone looking for a new hair dryer!

They have some good products that are hard to find but sometimes they run into stock issues. I ordered a hair dryer for my daughter and she likes it so far.

Do not waste your money, this site is a total fraud. I thought I was just getting a knock off of the Dyson hairstyler 5 in 1. The hairstyler started melting, so I contacted them about it. They sent me a new one and that one doesnt work either so then I tried getting a refund. THEY WONT RESPOND TO ME NOW! I have submitted a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

I would rate this company a ZERO if possible. I ordered my product on 8/1 and I never received a tracking number. I emailed them and they sent me a generic tracking link without any information other than it saying "processing". They claimed to have shipped my order on 8/14 and I never received it. Their website stated the order processes in 1-2 days and ships in 3-5. Its 9/2 and they won't answer my emails and I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I disputed this with my credit card company for a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DON'T HAVE PRODUCTS! IT'S NOT STEAL A DEAL, IT'S STEAL YOUR MONEY
