It's been a week since the estimated delivery time and I can't login to check status or location. Everytime I try I get "500 error". I can't find a phone number to contact them about the issue and I need my document ASAP. I ordered this in early April!

They're not upfront with their fee structure. You need to get a notary and the service they "partner" with is $25 which is fine if they disclose that to you before you hand over your credit card. They don't do that. So they get another knock of 1 star for being lying scumbags. All they had to do was say "Notary Required, $25 online option available" when they asked for my credit card and I'd have been fine with it. But nope they kept silent. Disgusting business practice.

I ordered from this company and it's been a week after the expected delivery date and I haven't received anything. I've called them several times and never got an answer. If you need a document go through a.GOV site and they usually use vitalchek. Do not give these guys your info.

I paid $70 to have a copy of my California birth certificate shipped to Coeur d'Alene where we moved and I never got as much as a confirmations email that the order was placed (checked spam and inbox on every email account I could think of). I almost thought I must have not paid for it until I found the credit card statement. They don't respond to my emails and their phone system isn't working. This company needs to have a class action lawsuit brought against them because I know there has to be dozens others lost in the weeds like me.

They have hidden costs, don't tell you that you have to use their forms, notary at an extra cost, and they say they will hold a portion back of the $43 I initial cost however, they don't say how much ($14)... totally negative experience and encourage that "no one" use them... pic 's 4&5 are what i sent them and they rejected them even though I got them from the county I was applying to

I have been waiting 5 weeks since I requested both birth certificates for my family vacation so we could obtain our passports together.I had to use another website for the state of New York I had used vitalchek and I had my birth certificate in 3 business days.I've submitted my passport.I quite disappointed with the results of your company.I fully expect a full refund and I will report to the Better Business bureau for false advertisement for fast and efficient

I ordered a birth certificate from them, not realizing they were NOT official government website. MY mistake for not doing more research. Two months and still waiting. And was required to pay for order AND notary which I did not need. Again I should have done my research. After checking status several times I looked up my county website and got the birth certificate in 2 days for about a third what I paid for this order and notary. I feel stupid for doing this but hopefully I can keep someone else from ordering here.

I paid $80.00 and called the phone number on my credit card bill *******304 but "our phone support is currently unavailable due to COVID-19 outbreak... please contact us at *******@statevitalrecods.org". So I emailed them today April 13,2021 in hopes they will give me a full refund! Think twice before you order with them.

I order a certified copy of my BC on 12/03/22 and have yet to receive it. IT'S ALMOST APRIL '23! Yes, they answer emails, but those read as off-putting. I requested proof that it was a legitimate transaction 03/02/23, and I received a helpful response that they would look into it, as I had not received it. THEN got back to me telling me *I* had to call a number to inquire.
You know what? Just search your county's Superior Court, call them personally, and ask who they recommend as an online service, if you can deal with the court directly by ma, or just go and get it in person.

Placed an order in April of 2022. Requested follow up status twice. First time, after waiting two months, they said they mailed it and I needed to allow more time to receive. After another month of waiting, they suggested it may have been undeliverable at that address I provided (though no reason given as to why that could happen), and if so they would receive it back and then attempt to mail it again. It's been 8 months. This is a scam. Do not use this site!

I purchased a birth certificate on March 31,2021. The website noted 60 business days to process due to COVID. After patiently waiting, I began attempting to contact someone to get an update on the status of my order on May 27th and have been unable to connect with a representative. I have tried emailing and phoning however am unable to reach anyone. I was charged $65 plus an additional $15 for the notary. I am not only without the product ordered, but also now out $80 as there is no way to request a refund when no one with the company will respond. Do NOT use this company.

The moment that you place an order, they will send you an email informing you that you have to spend an additional $25 to notary sign a document in order to receive the documents that you ordered.

They only mention this additional fee AFTER you paid for the certificate on the online fee.

The fees that were charged to my card by this company that claims to provide vital records. Their charges were, in fact, originating outside the U.S. I canceled my order with them and my bank flushed my card number. Quite a hassle!

This site is NOT what the vital statistics office recommends. They told me I should have my BC copies by end of May and now the timelines are mid June to September?!?! I am disputing this charge with my bank and they are refusing to cancel my order becausenits in processing. I've asked to escalate and will continue to persue the dispute with my bank...total and complete scam! Go directly to the county office and ask what site they use to order online.
